Breakfast was good (coffee ok), but the room lacked basic amenities- conditioner, water, iron for conference clothes. Also, the shower water gets all over the bathroom floor and creates a mess. My tv didn’t work. I will say the staff was super nice!

I rarely write reviews though the team here deserves some recognition.
Too often these days front desk service values efficiency over friendliness. Not here. The team are efficient but couldn’t do enough to help.
From printing OBB tickets to local restaurant recommendations, help understanding public transport and the best bars in the local area, they couldn’t have done more to help me out.
I particular Blanka from the Front Desk team. Just wonderful.

The staff were very helpful and nice. The room was much bigger than we expected. It was a bit warm and there was no fridge, but otherwise great.

Comfortable Short Stay

Our stay in Munich ran into the start of Oktoberfest, we chose this hotel as it’s one of the more affordable ones. It took 20 mins taxi ride from Muchen hbf.
Quick overview:
Location - Train station is 200 meters away and easily accessible to Marientpltz, Old town, Residenz Museum, Virtualienmarkt, and Airport. Bus stop just across the hotel.
Room - Small and basic but clean and comfortable. There is no coffee/tea or kettle in room, the reception will give you a complimentary bottle of water and two glasses upon check in. If you need hot water you could get it from the bar counter.
Lobby and alfresco lounge - Spacious, nice and quiet for some chill time.
Neighborhood - Safe, quiet, small supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants around train station.
Customer service - Cordial.
Overall, not a central location but served our purpose for a short stay within budget on a peak season.

Loved the hotel and people. It was very warm in the room at night. No AC or air in April.
