Great loation

The best thing about this hotel is location, it's in walking distance to underground station, Munich Central Station, downtown Munich, supermarket and restaurants nearby. We were staying there for 8 nights and our room was on the third floor and facing roadside which was quite loud at night. Wifi signal was quite weak both in the room and public area. We had breakfast one day, cost was Euro 8.- per person and it was quite nice. We booked through Agoda and photo shown on their website and the room we got was not the same, on the website the room has bathtub, living area and small kitchen - actual room was quite small, only a small desk, bathroom without bathtub and only small glass window for shower area which made the floor wet after shower. The room was quite clean, staff was cleaning the room everyday but not changing the bed linen during our stay, just towel and empty the trash bin. Staffs were friendly but they did not check guest name before giving out the room key (we deposited the key when we went out).

The best thing about this hotel is that it is close to the station and city centre

It was comfortable clean the staff helpful and friendly. The whole hotel needs a refurbishment. the most off putting thing was the smoking and smokers who hang around the entry to the hotel......such a major put off. would not stay again

Not clean and highly discourage staying here

A friend of mine booked this place for us to stay for one night during Oktoberfest. Yes, it is close to the festival grounds, but you could not pay me to stay here again. The rooms were dirty (we had 2 after the first one was not as described). The bathroom floor was covered in dark hair, the walls had clearly seen better days and the toilet had some type of weird camera looking thing... and was not clean. Literally I could not wait to get out of this hotel. We opened the window in the bedroom area and the outside was covered in what looked like years of bird waste.The pictures are 100% not representative of the rooms. This hotel is worse than a hostel and as a frequent traveler I would never stay here again. Ever. There is a train station close to Oktoberfest, book a hotel further away and train it in. This place is gross.

Nice hotel in City

Friendly staff at reception and quick check in. Clean rooms. Normal breakfast and good service . And from the hotel it's easy to access many places. A nice view of the city from the room. Would visit again.

Been there, done that.

And not doing it again.
Service was ok, the rooms were also ok and roomy. But.. the first night we had no cold water, only scalding hot. The decor wants to look nice but when you look closer you can see the lack of quality. If we go to Munich again, we will find another place to stay, and in another neighborhood.
