Very tight quarters but very clean and kitchette was fully stocked. There is no A/C, but they did have fans.

Service zero, I really can't recommend. You don't get contacted, you don't get in touch. Hotel is just a rip-off!

Not what’s Offered
booked this flat for 5 people, as the listing clearly stated it included:
• 1 king-size bed
• 1 queen-size bed
• 1 sofa bed
This was not the case.
The so-called queen bed was actually a very uncomfortable sofa bed, cold and in poor condition, where every spring could be felt. The additional sofa bed was even worse and clearly meant as an auxiliary option, not suitable for sleeping. As a result, two people from our group had to pay for another accommodation, creating unexpected extra costs.
The space advertised as “2 rooms” is not actually two separate rooms, but rather one large area partially divided, with no real separation or privacy. It is not a space where 5 people can comfortably stay, despite what the listing suggests.
Other important negative points:
• Only one electronic key is provided for 5 people, which is extremely inconvenient.
• The bathroom has no windows, and the extractor fan does not ventilate at all.
• The building in general has a strong sewage smell, especially at the street entrance and in the corridors.
• The corridors were visibly dirty, giving the impression that common areas are rarely cleaned.
• Construction work was taking place on the upper floors, with constant noise from power tools, and no prior notice was given.
• There was accumulated trash from other guests in our corridor, which further reinforced the poor overall condition of the building.
We understand the self check-in concept, but in this case it is a major issue: it is very difficult, if not impossible, to reach a real person to help or resolve problems when serious issues arise.
The accommodation does not match its description. I would not recommend it for groups of 5 people, and considering the discomfort, noise, lack of cleanliness in common areas, and the additional costs involved, the value for money is very poor.

If I could, I would give 0 stars
This place is a real scam. The apartment we rented is advertised as suitable for 5 guests, but in reality it is only comfortable for 2 people. There is no second bedroom—just a single space divided by a glass panel. The sleeping arrangements consist of two sofa beds: one extremely narrow (barely suitable for one adult) and another that was extremely uncomfortable. We slept very poorly and had some of the worst nights we’ve had while traveling.
The room has no fan or proper ventilation, which makes the space uncomfortable, and the bathroom is constantly humid. The kitchen is impractically small, and to make matters worse, the entire building smells strongly of a public restroom. There are only two small heaters, the place is cold.
Because the space could not accommodate 5 people as advertised, two members of our group had to book and pay for alternative accommodation. Booking.com is currently reviewing our case directly, as Bavaria Homes has not taken responsibility and has not responded to us.

The unit was easy to find and get into. Everything was clean. Any time i reached out via email the staff responded. Great location in proximity to shipping, restaurants etc. I would stay again.
