The. Looks fairly new. Staff is very helpful
The location is in an industrial area but very convenient if passing through Munich in car.

We booked this hotel on short notice. The price was at the upper end of our budget. There were no secure parking facilities. There is a hostel in the same building; this meant there was a lot of noise at night and a lot of trash in the courtyard. We had expected better value for money.

Booked the room late just for one night on the road.
Friendly and helpful staff in the reception.
No air conditioner in the room and a 38 degree heat wave made the room impossible to sleep in...

This hotel was very clean and the staff were nice. I would not stay as a solo female though. Luckily I had my husband with me but the hallways are long and dark. The light does come on while walking but still a little scary. In a very industrial area (see pics for room views) and when walking to public transportation you will go past sex clubs and strip clubs.
There is a kebab spot a 5 min walk that doesn’t come up on the maps but has very good food.

Still has room for improvement

I booked quite short notice. The room is very small. The bathroom is so small that you bump into each other somewhere during all activities. The view from the window shows a hardware store or something.
The room was very clean.
The service at check-in was very friendly, at check-out there was still room for improvement.
The breakfast room is quite tucked away in the sprawling hotel where I “felt” hundreds of meters to the room, for breakfast and then to the reception.
Breakfast is for the called 12 € but quite “paltry”.
