Recommended
Very nice and spacious accommodation in the family room. The access to the garage is somewhat complicated and very narrow. It is best to ask for the entry code at the reception beforehand, otherwise you drive through the open barrier but end up in front of a locked gate downstairs with no way to turn around.

Take feedback seriously and work with it - that would be nice.
The hotel is centrally connected to the Moosach train station and thus also has direct access to regional public transport. The surrounding residential area offers many beautiful little playgrounds, and you do not get the feeling in the hotel that you are in the middle of the city. Towards Moosach train station is a shopping center with everything you need; at the end of the associated residential area, there is a small Edeka, and walking in the other direction, there is a Rewe within walking distance.
The room pricing policy is strange; we were there on the weekend with many families for a family celebration. An extension of the weekend took place in advance starting from the middle of the week. Only at the end of the week did it cost a proud €160 per night; another family had to spontaneously add a night because something was wrong with their car and then got the room for €79. A third family left a day early and did not get anything refunded at all. The price development and changes are very opaque.
There is a small gym on the fifth floor, a large roof terrace on the sixth floor. In the basement, you have the option to wash and dry for a fee. The rooms are fine as far as that goes.
We were in Munich at 35°C of all times, and the hotel does not have air conditioning in any of the rooms!!! A fan was left in every room for use. At night, we kept the windows open accordingly, and in the morning, with the first rays of sun, we closed the curtains and turned on a small light in the room so that the heat would stay out.
What is clearly missing in the bathrooms are storage options and hooks. We had a comfort studio because we were able to have an extra bed put in there. And we had three toiletry bags, which then stood on the floor in the bathroom.
There was a small holder by the sink; if you gathered the towels per person into three, all three fit there as well. However, you could not hang them up or air them out.
The same problem existed with the bath towels. They were, of course, really wet after showering and could not be hung up anywhere to dry. There was a very small shower rod on which one bath towel folded in the middle fit.
If I rent out a room for a correspondingly higher amount and say it is doable for three people, I also expect that everything is doable for three people. That was thought out very half-heartedly in this hotel.
We also left this information at the front desk as feedback. The person at the front desk laughed his head off and said that he heard and noted that constantly, but that was just how it was in this hotel, and nothing would change anyway.
A pity, really. I will definitely leave another review on Google Maps.

Excellent!
Very nice aparthotel, new furnishings, spacious room, and excellent bathroom.
Helpful and generous staff; the quadruple room I stayed in during April had a small balcony.
Some drawbacks are just the reception not being 24/7 and the location, a bit far from the center, about 30 minutes by subway, which is, however, a 10-minute walk from the property. Highly recommended!

On average - as expected.
Very friendly receptionist and reception. Nice room. Ok breakfast. All in all average without being remembered for anything special.
However, it reduces the fact that you have to pay extra to get the car in the parking cellar (and there is no space available in the area at street level). Fine that there is electric charge in the parking cellar, but a little difficult to communicate with it when the internet does not cover in the cellar, so it was a ride back and forth to get started the charging stand. This they could do better at the hotel and more hospitable.

Zero flexibity and poor customer service
I had a reservation with The Flag Meiller Garten and needed to adjust my stay because of travel issues and Nikolina and her manager refused to assist me unless I paid double the fee for the hotel. They showed no empathy and only cared about making more money. I'm forced to cancel my stay all-together with them which will allow them to keep my pre-paid reservation and rent the room out to another guest. I was just asking for a kindness because of travel issues and I got greed instead.
