Comfortable overnight stay.
Walk to the town center was a pleasant ~2 miles, mostly on cycle paths.
Breakfast was generous & a good value

The staff was delightful, the room was huge, exceeded my expectations, it was oddly located behind the check in desk and smelt like smoke from the casino below. breakfast was lovely. excellent hot chocolate.

Unclean room with blood stains and hair, poor hygiene. Despite cancellation, the amount was debited.

We didn't stay at this hotel as blood stains were visible on curtains and bed linen when we arrived. There was also hair in the toilet and throughout the bathroom area. The standard of hygiene thus did not meet expectations for clean accommodation.
Despite timely cancellation, the amount was debited from the hotel. Since no service has been provided, we will have the refund of the money checked through legal means.

The hotel has a lot of parking places, which is great, easy access (make sure you search for the name of hotel not by address, because Google Maps takes you to a junk yard across the street). The room was renewed, clean, decent and comfortable. The hotel is a bit old, but the receptionist was very kind. I do have one tiny complaint - the windows should be more soundproof as you can hear the road and the neighbours animals making sounds at 6am :-) but otherwose great!
