Outstanding personal service

The service maybe don’t speak English, however their willing to make your stay like feeling at home is outstanding. From providing their personal parking spot to you, to adding extra comfort and warmth to your room in winter periods, to having the restaurant right at the hotel where they offer incredible grilled steaks. Needless to say the rooms are impecable clean, super sound proof quiet and large rooms. We are very happy and we will definitely be coming back when around the area. Take the time to stop in this hotel

Ohne viel Schnickschnack

Das Hotel liegt direkt am Marktplatz. Leider ist die Parkplatzsituation sehr prekär und sollte überdacht werden. Unser Zimmer war sehr klein, sauber, laut und zweckmäßig. Die Treppe zum oberen Stockwerk ist sehr gewagt. Das Frühstück bot außer einem einmal extra zubereiteten Rührei keinerlei Überraschungen. Es bestand aus den üblichen Produkten vom Discounter und war nur von 8.00-9.30 möglich.

Zimmer etwas Laut aber sonst alles in Ordnung

Auf meiner Radrundreise auf dem Ostseeküstenweg habe ich am 18.09.20 im Ostseehotel Station gemacht. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut und ich wurde bei Ankunft sofort gut empfangen. Mein Rad konnte ich im Hof vor der Küche abschließen und es wurde sogar spätabends nach Restaurantschluss noch in die Küche getragen. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung nur leider nach vorne zur Straße. Zum Glück hatte ich Ohrstöpsel dabei, denn die LKW waren schon ganz schön laut. Abends bin ich im hauseigenen Restaurant "Schnitzel & Steak" essen gegangen und hatte ein richtig gutes Rumpsteak mit richtig gutem Bier ! Auch das Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war ausgezeichnet und das Personal außergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mit einem anderen Zimmer, komme ich gerne noch einmal wieder.

Sehr nettes Personal

Wir waren eine Nacht im Hotel und wurden herzlich empfangen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Handtücher, Duschgel und Bettzeug stehen zur Verfügung. Der Arbeitsaufwand ist für den Preis sehr gerechtfertigt. Das Frühstück war im Preis enthalten und sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal ist dabei sehr zuvorkommend und bietet Saft, Kaffee, Tee und mehr an. Außerdem wird mehrfach nach dem Wohlbefinden gefragt. Leider sind die Wände etwas dünn und man hört die Nachbarn. Dennoch zusammenfassend sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

Hotel acogedor limpio y muy agradable

Pasamos la noche en este hotel de camino a Rostock y fue un acierto. La atencion es excelente pedimos otro edredón y enseguida nos lo dieron, la habitación muy limpia una habitación para tres ya que íbamos con nuestra hija de 11 años. Las camas muy cómodas y sabanas muy limpias. Cenamos en el hotel y la comida casera muy rica y abundante, sin duda recomiendo el hotel para estancias cortas.
