Wonderful weekend

We have been coming for years and are thrilled every time and are already looking forward to the next time. I would like to give a big compliment to Ms. Höpfl from the reception; she is very friendly and helpful every time.

Fair price-performance ratio

We were guests at Hotel Klosterhof for the second time – after a year – for 6 days and 5 nights. In general, we can recommend the hotel. The price-performance ratio is good for an all-inclusive hotel and particularly attractive for guests on a smaller budget. The staff was friendly, and the food was generally acceptable.
However, one point significantly marred our stay: The fixed table assignment for dinner. Throughout our entire stay, we were seated at a table with a foreign couple. The lady was very much restricted while eating due to a serious illness, and her husband was also health impaired. Of course, we both approached them with respect and did not want to hurt them or put them in an uncomfortable situation with a complaint. Therefore, we did not have the table changed during our stay.
Nevertheless, we would have wished for a more sensitive organization from the hotel. Since several tables were free, it would have been more pleasant for all parties involved to assign the couple their own table. Especially with a fixed seating arrangement, the hotel management should handle such situations with a bit more tact.
Our concern is therefore explicitly not against the affected couple, but against the manner of table planning. With a slightly more attentive organization, this situation could certainly have been avoided.
Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay.

We were there again. In February at the Klosterhof Hotel to celebrate our two birthdays.
Since we always feel very comfortable at the Klosterhof Hotel, the staff is always accommodating. Booking requests are also taken into account whenever possible.
The rooms and the food offerings
are good and sufficient.
We can recommend the Donna Hotel Klosterhof at any time.

Super all-inclusive.

The food is excellent. The location for hiking is great. The staff is friendly and very child-friendly. (Recommendation to our daughter) We were completely satisfied with everything and will book the hotel again.
