Thank you again.

Location centrally, by car fast on the Sylt shuttle.
Rooms quiet, clean, seem renovated, breakfast rich, service diligent, friendly, helpful. Restaurants, cafes around the corner.
Free parking outside the door.
I felt very comfortable there.

Recommended for bus travelers.

This hotel is primarily designed for bus travelers. With 5 dining halls, every tour group has its own private atmosphere and is well served by very nice staff. The breakfast buffet and dinner leave nothing to be desired. My room was, for me personally, too small, cramped, and worn out. Clean, well, maybe. It's not a five-star hotel, after all.

Not recommended

The room was okay as far as it went, but the pillow was way too soft, the bedding unpleasantly scratchy. A gap in the door let all noises through,
no refrigerator. The food was like hospital food, everything overcooked, tasteless and almost no salads, everything covered in thick sauce. Breakfast buffet - well. Staff partly very unfriendly and snarky. The hotel bar was supposed to be open until 10 p.m., but at 9:30 p.m. they stopped serving and at 9:45 p.m. we were asked to finish our drinks.

Unfriendly management. Guest is a foreign word. Rooms have no personality. FAILED ALL AROUND.

Price/performance not right.

Hotel is conveniently located on the main road.
Unfortunately very bad phone to
reach them, not at all in the morning.
Beds very good, cleanliness too.
Price/performance not right.
Very unfriendly service, we were
not greeted when we arrived. You didn't feel welcome.
... but a friendly gentleman at the
Reception.
