Truly royal - an evening I will not forget!

If you are offered the opportunity to have dinner together with the management as a business traveler (everyone pays for it themselves, it is clear) and you take this was with them, you do not have to be surprised if it will be a super-great evening. Full of fun, respect and not a second boring.
...and then the food... - Great, Italian, fresh cuisine, a chef and host with the heart in the right place and one sweetens the evening!!

Abgewohnt, Möbel wackelig, schrank schlecht nachgestrichen, kaffeemaschinen auf dem gang verkalkt, hat überhaupt nichts mit den bildern zutun. Sieht nett auf den bilderns wegen schaufenstermöbel aus, aber eben abgerödelt. Bauzaun vor dem haus trägt ein plakat. Reklamerschild umgefallen. Nie wieder (und das für >100 euro die nacht

Sommerbrunch - nie wieder -

Waren heute zum Sommerbrunch in der Villa Bowdy in Niederzier. Nie wieder - Finger weg. Als wir dort ankamen waren die Wurst u. Käseplatten schon leer - diese wurden auch nicht mehr nachgelegt
Wir konnten uns nur noch Reste zusammensuchen, damit wir noch frühstücken konnten. Es war auch nur eine Bedienung dort, diese Dame war völligst überfordert. Kaffee kam 1/2 Stunde nach der Bestellung. Vom Sektempfang haben wir gar nichts mitbekommen. Das warme Essen bestand aus Reis, Nudeln, Currygeschnetzeltes und mediterranes Gemüse. Das Dessert war undefinierbar. Der Apfelstrudel vom Aldi hätte man mit Eis, Sahne oder Vanillesoße servieren können.
Das alles zu einem Einführungspreis von 19,90 €p.P. - demnächst kostet dieser Brunch 28,90 €.
Dieser Brunch war höchstens 10€ p.P. wert.
Dies alles wurde ebenfalls von unseren Tischnachbarn bestätigt.
Im September soll es wiederholt werden.

Schickes Plätzchen !!!

Das "Bowdy" liegt direkt an der Hauptstrasse, wovon man aber in den Zimmern wenig / nichts wahrnimmt. Parkplätze sind direkt am Gebäude verfügbar. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Versorgungsmöglichkeiten ("Netto" Markt nebenan, REWE ca. 1 km entfernt). Die Zimmer sind recht groß, schick eingerichtet und absolut sauber. Auch das große Bad ist sehr stylish. Ich habe mich sehr wohlgefühlt und komme sicherlich gerne nochmal wieder.
