We can’t thank Alessia and the rest of the staff enough for helping to make our 10 person family stay in Nuremberg a positive experience. With the extreme heat and our elderly folks in tow, they helped us accommodate our parking, check out, and comfort. Breakfast was excellent with something for everybody. Price was so reasonable and we are so happy with what we got for what we paid. Thank you all so much!

The location of this hotel is great, it is an easy walk from the train station and the old town. The rooms are tired and the air conditioner is useless. The rooms were very warm even though it was only in the 70s outside. The breakfast was also quite poor, I ended up walking to McDonalds at the train station for breakfast every morning. There are many other hotels in the area, I would recommend choosing one of them over this hotel.

Look elsewhere!!!

The room was dirty, towels scarce, asked if we could at least have a hand towel and a facecloth, didn’t get either, gave us a bath towel. The towels were grey and stained at best. Mirror was broken in the bathroom , the shower had black mold on all of the inside corners, not just a little ! Won’t ever stay again ! Hilton you can do better!

Too expensive during show time.
The bathroom is not convenient with only halv covered glass for showering.
Tissues and soaps are limted.
May choose another one in the future.

Very clean room, crisp sheets, AC was great! So were the in room coffee and and tea supplies. Breakfast was very good! Fresh everything!
