Nice old hotel with next to central station and old town

I stayed for two nights.
Suite not available so they gave me a large room big enough for somersault!
Breakfast and a decent dinner with entree, main, dessert and fruits, and alcohol served during happy hours served in main restaurant.
I liked how it featured local food and beers!
The actual lounge mainly for non alcoholic drinks and all days snacks including salad and desserts.
Gym has dumbbells up to 20kg and double pulley system so very adequate but no machines.
The check in Middle Eastern man and the older blond German woman in restaurant during dinner were both excellent.

Took my husband here for his birthday weekend e loved our stay here! The rooms were nice and clean, the spa was great (couples massage was good, mine better than my husbands so I guess it just depends on who you get) pool,hot tub and Sauna were great.
Breakfast was great although a little pricey in my opinion
Parking was decent, we parked in the spot in front of the hotel for 18 euro a day but they also have a garage for 25.
All the staff we encountered were very friendly! Would definitely come back

Dont get food included and its great

Clean rooms, great location, lovely staff
NEGATIVE
We were there with a tour so a buffet meal was organised. I watched as fellow tourists were served small amounts of food. Veggies were boiled within an inch of their lives. It was a mismatch of food.
I just walked out with a small buttered roll. Thought breakfast might be better so gave it another go. Everything was lukewarm. The four sliced toaster that was meant to serve 100 odd people was so slow after five minutes the white bread only had a light shade

Dear chat2chuck97,We are happy you liked the clean rooms, our central location in walking distance to Nuremberg's oldtown and found our staff to be lovely-thank you!
Your comments on our food offer surprise us though. Besides your group of 135 guests we had additional 50 eating the buffets and received so much positive feedback on the quality of food. As we are taking our guests' concerns seriously we have followed up in the meantime with your Tourdirector,who apparently did not receive any negative comments at all. It is a pity, that we learn about your dissatisfaction only here and after your departure. As you might remember, I was personally engaged during every meal your group had with us, to make sure you and your fellow travellers are well taken care of after the disappointment of low water levels forcing you on a bus tour. It would have been easy to adress your wishes but may be it is just to greater effect in a negative comment afterwards...

Great Hotel, Non-Functioning WiFi

Hotel was nice but WiFi did not work and the problem was not addressed. The gym and spa were very nice, the room

Nice

Nice hotel, a few minutes walk from the train station and also a few minutes to the old center. Parking in front, 3 EV charging available, or under the hotel. Efficient staff, good rooms with all amenities you need. There is a pool too, but we did not go there. Also, we did not have breakfast.
