Absolutely recommendable! Great camping spot! Any time again!

First of all, I have to get rid of how absolutely shocked I am by some unjustly negative reviews. I actually don't know whether to laugh or cry while wondering if some people just lack respect or have a shifted self-perception. Wishing someone bankruptcy is absolutely bottom drawer and just levelless. I myself can give the campsite 5 stars. I've been coming there every year for over 20 years. Spent much of my childhood and youth there and today it is a place of rest and relaxation for me. I haven't met anyone in 20 years from the staff who's been unfriendly. Neither at the reception nor any other staff member. Also it is everywhere clean and it is always looked after everything. I can highly recommend this place. Whether families or couples. There's something for everyone here. Also the restaurant is highly recommended. Furthermore, I support the fact that day guests are no longer allowed. This gives the campsite guests the well-deserved recreation and relaxation effect at the lake they have paid for and are looking forward to all year round. After all, it is a private campsite and not a public bathing lake. Those who don't like all this should next time find a luxury hotel or go to a public bath and not engage in reputational killing. I will continue to be a loyal guest and look forward to being able to holiday here!

Unfortunately unfriendly

Unfortunately, a spontaneous arrival was not possible, on Sunday evening 19:30. During a telephone call, it was relatively unkindly communicated that it is closed from 7 pm. During our tour of the square we noticed that there are no barrier and several free parking spaces. With a little goodwill it would have been possible to authorize us the access and make the registration / payment the next day. This has been no problem at all several times at other campsites. Furthermore, the operator advertises on his homepage with campfire romance which was not wanted. When we wanted to equip our fire bowl, we were, by the operator, in harsh tone, controlled like children - very unattractive!! There was no forest fire level indicated and the evenings / nights were already a bit cool and quite humid. The fact that our planned sauna evening (in the sauna barrel) could not take place due to technical problems is actually just a side note... All in all led to our decision to leave the course earlier than planned. I'm sure we won't be back.

Unbelievable, this behavior

**** Addendum 2025 ****
Are you still okay ?!
After years of fidelity and visits to the lake, do you close to day guests?
Are you serious?
How many families, people from the surrounding area have been coming to Lake Adam for years!
And you're blocking this one for these very people?
Differences have already been noticed after the change of operator, but this?
I wish you total bankruptcy and that you arrogant people fall deep on your noses!
I can't believe how you get an idea like that.
At other lakes this is also quite normal daily routine and they are happy.
Unfassbar

Ruined by 1 van playing music for 6 hours!

Easy site to find close to main route. 15k cycle into Baden Baden. Lovely lake for swimming, paddle boarding etc. Restaurant onsite.
Our stay ruined by 1 van playing music, way above moderate as per what campsite asks. 16.00 and still going on at 22.10. Not our country or language. Perhaps the German people put up with more. Just not right in my book.

Very good location
