Great location, nice staff
Wonderful stay at A-ROSA Ceres by the sea! The house has a fantastic location and the view is simply unforgettable. My room was spotlessly clean and breakfast fantastic — a great start to the day. I would particularly like to highlight the friendly staff at the reception and breakfast: always courteous and helpful, which really enriched the stay.
The only downer: On arrival there were unfortunately problems with the valet service due to staff shortages, because only one colleague was on site. Even at the bar, no one was available at times. These points cloud the overall picture a little, precisely because such offers should be reliably available at a hotel of this category. But with a little more staff on site, these little things would be fixed quickly.
Overall, I definitely recommend the hotel — great house, warm staff and an all-round successful experience.

Highly recommended!
An absolute top hotel in a perfect location right on the beach. As soon as you enter, you can feel the special atmosphere: modern, elegant and furnished with great attention to detail. The spacious rooms and suites are stylishly designed and offer maximum comfort. We were particularly impressed by the luxurious bathroom, the high-quality materials and the light-flooded rooms.
The entire hotel looks exclusive and at the same time very welcoming. The lobby and lounge areas are also beautifully designed and invite you to relax. The breakfast or afternoon tea was excellent – very high quality, lovingly arranged and extremely delicious.
Big praise goes to the whole team: All staff are exceptionally friendly, attentive and professional. Every wish is fulfilled with a smile and you feel completely in good hands.
For us it was a perfect stay at the highest level. We will definitely come back and can recommend this place without restriction!

Nice hotel in a good location
Nice hotel in a prime location in Binz. Checking in was a bit adventurous, we just got the room card in our hand without any indication which room we have, where the elevator is, when there is breakfast or what else you should know in the hotel. Too bad...

More appearances than his, the location is perfect and the staff is mostly very nice and competent. Our suite was very nice and spacious and clean. Breakfast leaves much to be desired, the quality and choice is very limited, especially when comparing what is available with what is promised by the website. The rooms have no air conditioning, we were lucky and booked the hotel in winter, but in summer a no go, the room only has a fan.
Likewise the parking garage, if you want to exit the car, you have to check beforehand if you have been parked. Price performance needs to be reconsidered here.

Thank you Mr Schmidt !
The thanks to Mr Schmidt are honest and not cynical and deserve 5 points. On the last day of our stay and Mr. Schmidt's first day at work after vacation, he solved a problem, namely the installation of an electric radiator in the winter-cooled (lukewarm radiators, defective underfloor heating) Suite Aurora. The elbow-armed new receptionist was apparently neither able nor willing to do this problem. Our problem was first brushed off by her with “the guests before you had no problem either” and then stalled with the words “I don’t have time now either”. Dear A Rosa Management: please transfer the lady to the management floor, keep her busy with checklists and optimization of work processes, but please, really please: don't let her loose on us regulars of the beloved Ceres. Thanks !!
