More about Morada Resort Kühlungsborn
Morada Resort Kühlungsborn
This hotel is picturesquely set in the beautiful Mecklenburg bay in the town of Kuehlungsborn, which is one of the largest and most beautiful Baltic Sea resorts. The nearby beach offers you a vast array of activities.

After the bad reviews we are positively surprised, sometimes you should see for yourself.
Some find everywhere something to complain about...it's clean, very friendly staff, the location is absolutely mega, breakfast buffet extensive, price performance right...I can use this hotel, although a bit "aged" in good conscience
Recommend.

More GDR retirement home instead of dream hotel
The room in the GDR Plattenbau was so tiny that you could get claustrophobia, as well as the bathroom, which on top of that had black corners. Instead of Baltic Sea view, the room on the ground floor had a door as a window overlooking concrete. A single outlet was available.
Since I am under 60 I had to pay 30€ more for the room, which should have been a warning. Nothing against the elderly, but the room smelled of retirement home in the worst sense. Of course, no sign of goodwill, full price for 7 days incl. 11 € tourist tax for a few hours stay.
Buffet seemed to have stuck in GDR times. Apple compote or powder yogurt for dessert. If the prices were cheap, okay, but neither the rooms nor drinks, small bottle of mineral water 4 € can be called cheap.
Two instead of one star there is exclusively for the location.

Not recommended
Negative points are simply too many to justify at a cost of over 200€ per night.
In five days not even cleaned the rooms.
Poor to no Wi-Fi reception in the room.
Breakfast was the same every morning and served totally loveless.
The staff, especially at the bar, really tries hard but is completely overwhelmed (2 people are too few for a full house)
There is a lot of publicity that there are three restaurants, honestly it is also only one, but this only with HP , I have not experienced before.
The handling of foreign staff by the German staff, especially at breakfast, is not particularly professional.
Conclusion
Price performance is not given at any time. Not recommended.

So far usable, but still air up.
We stayed at the hotel from 03.07. - 05.07.25.
Where should I start? Several restaurants in the hotel, but unfortunately closed. Unless only accessible to hotel guests.
The cafeteria closes at 4:30 p.m., good for HP guests there will be dinner soon.
In the room very few outlets or just earthy.
Enough complaining.
I need a disabled fair room due to illness, which was absolutely fine.
But also another thing to think about. The room was on the 4th floor. Stock.
Do not use elevator in case of fire.
We're talking about rainbean flags but...
Greetings
Fränky
