Friendly hotel in the very centre of Pfaffenhofen.

In the very centre of Pfaffenhofen, Bayern. Very friendly hotel with a skilled Chef in their Restaurant. We had a very simple, clean, bright family room with a bunk bed for our youngsters. The hotel is located in the old Muellerbrau Brewery building, with good restaurant and home-brewed Muellerbrau Bier. We had just an overnight stay, but surely we will be back for a longer stay. Thank you!

Bavarian hospitality

A really quaint, down-to-earth, "MUTBÜRGERLICHE" restaurant in the center of Pfaffenhofen. It shines with appealing food, attentive staff and a good selection of drinks. The price was OK. I'd be happy to go back!

Quite OK

First of all, the location is very good: In the very centre of town, next to the pedestrian precinct, this is as close to the town centre as you can get. There is even some free parking behind the hotel, but the space is small - don't go there with a big car. The rooms are somewhat hard to find in the house, average size, basic but very clean, with spacious bathrooms. The cleaning staff came very late - we went back to the room at 1pm and the rooms had not been made yet. Breakfast is OK, with some variety. Go for the yoghurt, it's delicious. All in all, if you need a stopover north of Munich, it's fine to stay there.

Basic but nice hotel

I stayed here for one night with my wife and two kids. Rooms are basic, but modern, clean and had enough space for us four. There is some free hotel parking behind the hotel and you have to drive through a pedestrian area for a few meters to reach the parking spaces. The location could not be more central in Pfaffenhofen. Rooms are well insulated, so you can get a good nights sleep. Breakfast was basic, but offered muesli, juices, coffee, cereals and bread rolls with both cheeses and hams as well as jams. Not the biggest and most varied breakfast that I have ever had, but at EUR9 per head it is quite alright. A downgrade for us arriving on a Saturday afternoon and wanting to change for a function that we came for, only to find the hotel closed/ nobody at reception. The e-mailed confirmation explicitly stated that the reception is closed between 2pm and 5pm on weekdays and when we asked the cafe next door (same owner) to call the owner to let us in (and change) he could not be bothered. Not very friendly, we ended up changing in the parking lot and the cafe toilets ... Just because of this I will not go back.

Great breakfast, unbelievable homemade yougurt

Perfectly located on the corner of the main square, this hotel restaurant offers sweet flexible service, on old school Gasthaus decor, just like at my grand parents home. Very clean and good size room
