We are totally satisfied, we would love to come back!!!

We just had such a great time at the Kienberger Hof. The rooms are very clean and it's everything you need. The breakfast is very varied, there are no wishes left unfulfilled. The whole team is very very friendly, I would like to highlight the hotel manager Barnabas who is so incredibly kind, personable and helpful. We would book this hotel again anytime. Thank you for the nice stay in Pfronten. Warm greetings from the Molitor family from Saarland.

Not very good

The handyman is very friendly. Unfortunately, he has to do pretty much everything. Reception, preparing breakfast, and cleaning.
Unfortunately, a lot suffers because one person alone cannot manage this.
Cleanliness suffers greatly. And the breakfast also leaves much to be desired.
For us, a reason not to book the hotel again.
It's a pity, really, since the hotel is well located.

We loved our stay. The apartment was very spacious and lovely, location was great and parking was excellent! The swimming pool was a good plus too :) Mr.Barni was very kind and helpful! We love to visit again when we come back to Pfronten, thank you so much!

Ageing

Pleasant hospitality in a budget accommodation.
Our room was newly renovated, but there is still a lot to renovate in the house. Also the cleanliness is ok at first glance. But on closer inspection, well. Breakfast is average, price/performance ok.

The manager was extremely helpful and went way beyond only what he had to do to help us during an emergency situation ! We will be forever grateful to him and his staff.
The property is located close to the beautiful mountains and close to town. It is a vintage structure but everything works fine.
