The property is located a one minute walk from the beach. This 4-star hotel is directly on the Plauer See lake. Wonderful lake views can be enjoyed from the hotel restaurant with terrace.

Fantastic dinner
We went to 76 today. Birthday at the lake hotel for dinner. The food was excellent and the service excellent. Rarely have I seen such a child-friendly and dedicated waiter. A big thank you to Werner. My boys are still raving. We will definitely come back.

Prices in the cafe too high
It's about the prices of the café at Falk Seehotel. I ordered an apple strudel, which was nicely arranged and tasted good, but a bit tough and dry. The price of this very small, very low apple strudel with a scoop of vanilla ice cream is 9.50 euros and, I think, it was not homemade. I don’t know for sure, but the dough grid didn’t look handmade, but like the ones you get as TK goods. For this price I was very disappointed. The cakes are always very delicious, even large, of course they also cost about 5 euros. The sundaes cost 9.50 to 11.50 euros and you only get 2 scoops of ice cream in them!
Unfortunately, as with all restaurants, nothing of the reduced tax was passed on to us customers. On the contrary, prices continued to rise and, in addition, portions are becoming smaller. As a guest you feel at the mercy of it. This remark did not apply explicitly to the Seehotel.

Schade, dass unser Apfelstrudel Sie nicht vollständig überzeugen konnte. Ihre Hinweise zur Konsistenz nehmen wir ernst und gehen dem selbstverständlich nach. Gerade bei Klassikern wie diesem ist unser Anspruch, dass Optik und Geschmack gleichermaßen stimmen.
Gleichzeitig möchten wir gern ein wenig Transparenz zu unserer Preisgestaltung schaffen: Wir arbeiten im Seehotel bewusst mit hochwertigen Produkten – dazu gehört unter anderem Eis aus der Berliner Eismanufaktur „Ice Guerilla“, also kein Industrie- oder Discountereis. Serviert wird in erster Reihe am See, mit entsprechendem Ambiente, hochwertigem Geschirr und durch ausgebildete Fachkräfte in Service und Küche.
Der Preis von 9,50 € für ein Dessert wie Apfelstrudel mit Eis ergibt sich aus genau diesen Faktoren – Qualität der Zutaten, handwerkliche Arbeit, Personalaufwand sowie deutlich gestiegene Kosten für Energie und Lebensmittel. Die Senkung der Mehrwertsteuer war politisch auch nicht als klassische „Preisreduktion für den Gast“ gedacht, sondern sollte Betriebe dabei unterstützen, diese erheblichen Mehrbelastungen zumindest teilweise aufzufangen. Trotz dieser Entwicklungen haben wir unsere Preise nicht erhöht, wie es die Kostensteigerungen eigentlich erfordert hätten. Das Plus an MwSt. reicht bei weitem nicht aus, die Kostensteigerungen aufzufangen.
Uns ist bewusst, dass Preise immer auch subjektiv wahrgenommen werden – umso wichtiger ist es für uns, dass Qualität und Erlebnis dazu passen. Dass Sie unsere Kuchen positiv hervorheben, freut uns sehr und zeigt, dass wir diesem Anspruch oft gerecht werden. Auch diese sind in liebevoller Handarbeit selbst gefertigt und können dafür nicht günstiger angeboten werden.
Vielleicht geben Sie uns bei einem nächsten Besuch noch einmal die Gelegenheit, Sie auch beim Apfelstrudel vollständig zu überzeugen.

No second time
A house in a prime location right on the lake.
The rooms spacious and modern furnishings. The bathroom behind a sliding door has a threshold of a good 5 cm which is not marked. Acute danger of tripping! Safety doesn't seem to be taken very seriously either. The escape and rescue plan in the hallway of the 2nd floor is marked for the 1st floor?
The food in the restaurant was plentiful, but that was all. In terms of taste, many question marks remained with us. Water ordered room-warm came ice-cooled, the main course came without a break almost after the last bite of the starter. There was a wine list in the form of we have white, rose, and red wine.
It's too bad.
The location is really unique, but that is not enough for us for another stay.

Recommendation: pure relaxation
The garden house is beautifully furnished with everything you could wish for.
Small drawback at the reception.
My husband wanted to order a bouquet of flowers in the evening for the next day, but that wasn't possible.
The breakfast was highly recommended

Vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung. Gerne organisieren wir einen Blumenstrauß. Da wir aber selbst keinen Blumenladen im Keller versteckt haben, holen wir uns dabei Hilfe von Profis. Und wie jeder andere auch, sind wir dabei auf Öffnungszeiten angewiesen. Abends nach Ladenschluss können wir keinen Strauß zum Frühstück mehr organisieren.

Peaceful accommodation
The beach hotel on the northwest side of Berlin is a reasonable place to stay. The rooms have special pillows, Airfect, which can also be bought at the reception. The room is big and clean, but the toilet is relatively dimly lit. The equipment in the room has been reduced to a minimum. Peaceful and quiet environment. Friendly staff.
