Poor customer service / miserable accounting
I was promised at the reception back in June that the unused and already paid-for overnight stay would be refunded. Since then, I have been put off with ever-new excuses. At the beginning of July, it was said that the refund was already being processed by the accounting department. Weeks later, there was neither a payment nor proof of the supposedly initiated refund. Even after multiple written inquiries, one only receives standard responses without concrete results. Not processing a refund of 86 € over such a long period of time is unacceptable to me. I will avoid this hotel in the future.
