Anytime gladly again!

I had a very pleasant stay at SILONCE Hotels & Restaurant in Radevormwald. I was particularly impressed by the quiet location in the midst of nature, which also offers good access to the main traffic routes.
The room was modern, clean, and comfortably furnished. The amenities left nothing to be desired and ensured a relaxing stay. The family room is also spacious and offers ample space for families or smaller groups.
Another highlight was the hotel's own restaurant featuring Asian cuisine. The dishes were fresh, tastefully prepared, and a lovely addition to the overall stay.
The staff was friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Overall, SILONCE Hotels & Restaurant offers very good value for money and is suitable for both business travelers and vacation guests. I would gladly return and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel.

Never again, absolute disaster

Disastrous hotel, it is missing the fourth star. We had to install the fly screen ourselves, the view was onto a flat roof where construction materials were located, there were no towels in the bathroom, there was no bottle of water in the room, the shower was broken, there was no shelf space in the bathroom, the toilet was clogged, and there was still trash from the previous guest in the wastebasket. All of this for €75 is an imposition; the hotel owner should actually pay for you to sleep there. We did not have breakfast, but the view into the breakfast room showed that €15 is definitely too much.

The hotel is inadequate and the operator should have their license revoked.

Absolutely terrible hotel; the four stars are a complete fraud.
No room service; trash cans are not emptied.
Shower out of order; moldy silicone in the bathroom.
The hotel complex smells like sewage.
Construction debris on the flat roof.
Construction waste simply thrown behind the fence.
Window sashes fall out of the frame when opened.
The facility is completely unkempt.
The Asian restaurant has not existed for a year.
Only the furniture from it.
The best part is the hotel rooster that crows daily, even on Sundays, at 4:28 AM to wake you up.
Afterward, there are counted baked rolls with wavy sausage from the discount store.
Not to forget the power outage when you want to charge your e-bike.

Kritik ist selbstverständlich zulässig. Was Sie veröffentlicht haben, hat jedoch mit einer sachlichen Bewertung wenig zu tun und besteht überwiegend aus pauschalen Abwertungen und Behauptungen.
Besonders bemerkenswert finden wir, dass Sie keines der angeblich gravierenden Probleme während Ihres Aufenthalts angesprochen haben. Wer tatsächlich in einem Hotel übernachtet, in dem Fenster aus den Rahmen fallen, das angeblich nach Abwasser stinkt und überall Müll liegt, würde dies normalerweise sofort der Rezeption melden und nicht erst nach der Abreise im Internet.
Die von Ihnen wahrgenommene Geruchsbelästigung war auf die Düngung der umliegenden Felder zurückzuführen. Das gehört in einer ländlichen Region gelegentlich dazu und liegt außerhalb unseres Einflussbereichs.
Wir akzeptieren ehrliche und faire Kritik. Eine Bewertung sollte jedoch die tatsächlichen Verhältnisse widerspiegeln und nicht der persönlichen Frustration dienen.

Everything is fine

Overall, it's fine. Top location, with restaurant operation and nice outside terrace. Operator super nice and accommodating. Located outside the surrounding towns. Would love to stay there again and again.
