Wir bedauern sehr, dass Ihr Einzelzimmer nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat und insbesondere die Einrichtung und die Größe des Betts für Sie nicht zufriedenstellend waren. Auch Ihre Hinweise zum Zustand unseres Hauses und dem Badezimmer nehmen wir sehr ernst – insbesondere das Thema Schimmel entspricht keinesfalls unserem Anspruch an Sauberkeit und Komfort. We had a large room (king size bed and a sofa bed in the living area). Large bathroom with shower and bathtub.
Pool was great for the kids after a long day traveling and in the morning before breakfast.
Hotel is located in the middle of nowhere - we drove to a small town close by to eat pizza, but the hotel does have a restaurant (served dinner buffet style when we were there)
Breakfast was included and it was pretty good. Lots of options to choose from - kids missed the pancakes though 😅
Great stop for one night if you’re visiting Lüneburg - we went there the next day.

We were expecting a hotel with a spa. The spa area consisted of a small pool filled with children and inflatable toys from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. The sauna area was only open andre house.
Our room was on the top floor—an attic level with sloping ceilings. It was very hot, despite the fan they had placed on the floor. The room was rather worn, though the beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was perfectly fine, but nothing special. The dining room was also full of children and dogs. It felt more like a hotel for families with children.
There are also electric vehicle chargers on the premises for a flat fee of 35 euros.
On the other hand, the reception staff were incredibly friendly and greeted us every time we walked by.

The only (very small) thing is that it is a bit funny having to pay 5 euro for parking in a rural setting like this. But we will definitely go again!
