Very good hotel with good service.

After a long day cycling along the Elbe we arrived at this hotel. Very friendly received, good parking for the bikes. Nice room, very good beds, nice balcony on the street, beautiful bathroom with a rain shower, always nice to a warm bike ride. The next morning a decent good breakfast. And all for a good price. To be recommended.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel Wettiner Hof in Riesa and can only say positive things. The hotel exceeded all my expectations and I would like to share my experience.
First of all, everything was incredibly clean. Every day the room was made up just as fresh and tidy as on the day of arrival. The staff really pays attention to every detail and makes sure that you feel completely comfortable.
The room itself was very spacious and comfortable. I particularly liked the quiet location at the back of the fourth floor. I was able to relax wonderfully here and didn't hear any noise from outside.
Another highlight was the hotel's own restaurant. A little expensive but the food was of excellent quality and the service was simply great. There is a large selection of delicious dishes, all freshly prepared.
The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful. You really feel welcome and valued here. The large car park and underground car park offer plenty of space and you don't have to worry about a parking space as long as you get back to the hotel early enough. In the evening, the parking lot reaches its limits, which is a sign of how busy the hotel is, as it is the hotel's own parking lot. With a bit of luck, you can quickly find a normal parking space nearby.
The TV in the room was a decent size, which made for relaxed evenings after a long day, even if it "annoyed" me a bit at first.
The bathroom was also excellent - very large and, above all, spotlessly clean.
The breakfast in the hotel deserves special praise. It was excellent and offered a wide selection of fresh and delicious food. The welcome on arrival was also warm and professional, which left a positive first impression.
Overall, I can only warmly recommend the Wettiner Hof. It was a wonderful stay and I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

We were pleasantly surprised at how comfortable this hotel was. The bed was the most comfortable hotel bed that I have slept in during this trip! The hotel staff were friendly and although we did not speak German and they did not speak English, we managed to communicate. There was a locked bike cage in the garage which we appreciated. By bike it was a quick cycle into the centre of town where we found a bakery, grocery store and a lovely park.

Best hotel in Riesa

The staff here went above and beyond for us to make our stay a comfortable one.
They were always polite, friendly, attentive and professional.
Breakfast was very nice, also greeted with a smile and good morning.
The food we ate at dinner was also very nice. I would recommend eating here.
Some rooms are a little on the small side but there are spaces to put a suitcase.
Always clean and well kept.
