The parking lot for the hotel was a nightmare to find. Google directs to a small side parking lot for deliveries. When you need to navigate through the round about and exit off of a side street. Recommend looking at google imaging instead of following google directions.
Had a two room suite that was lovely traveling with a child (8years old). The hotel was cute, breakfast for extra in the morning was worth it.
The attached beer garden was perfect location and setting. A small child's play area was right near too. Had a "bridal shower" the day before a wedding and the restaurant/beer garden offered a flat rate party per person for food (a prearranged menu) and drinks from the beer garden. Our group was split 70/30 of German speakers/non German speakers. The staff (an older German lady) working the beer garden was not very friendly and straight up rude to the non German speakers. Refusing to fill drink orders. She also attempted to start a fight by complaining to the only other table of guests (who were all German speakers) who engaged in an angrily shouting at the bride/groom (German) to "shut their mouths" about complaining that the staff was refusing to serve the non German speakers.

A nightmare
I had to spend two nights here. The room allocated to me turned out to be a passage to the escape wave. Accordingly, it could not be shut off from the inside. Of course, on the second night someone was standing in the room. That's great.
The bathroom was freezing cold, obviously nobody reacted to my corresponding advice, so it remained freezing cold. The noise of the street is unbearable even when the windows are closed. The rush hour traffic starts around 05:00 in the morning. From then on, it's impossible to think of sleeping on.
The room was clean, but the linen was holed.
The breakfast buffet was okay, corresponded by the standard more to a house with fewer stars.
I have stayed in countless hotels worldwide, but I cannot recommend the Hotel Bad Minden and will also pass this information on to my company so that this house will no longer be offered through our platform in the future.

Bad Experience
I booked 3 nights with breakfast but on check-in they made me pay breakfast twice. Stairs but no lift makes it almost impossible to go upstairs for seniors. Hairs on the pillow are very disgusting and for this price i expected it to be a lot better.

Newly renovated room
The room I stayed in was newly renovated. It was really fresh and nice. Check in was easy and the staff spoke good English. There is free parking outside. The hotel is not in the city center thus it is good to have a car. The breakfast was good with the standard German selection.
