Just as expected

We stoppen here on our way to /Slovenia. Comfortable room and nice breakfast and not too pricey. Also, free parking next to the Landgasthof. Close to a small town with a few restaurants and really close to the highway. What more do you need?

Everything you need and want from a good stay over hotel

Stayed here on our way to and from a ski trip in Austria-Hinterstoder. Close to the high way (4km).Stayed in the ‘ferien wohnung’ with the 4 of us. Basic but good and clean.
Had a great meal (try the signature cordonblue). Very good breakfast (buffet with enough choices).
Friendly and efficient staff
Would recommend it and would stay here again.

Restaurant is a "café"!

After a long days travelling in car, we looked forward to have our traditionel dinner, i.e. "Schnitzel mit bratkartoffeln".
It was on the menu, almost. You could only get french fries, no matter what course you chose!
So I got a thin, dry "schnitzel", that probably was deepfried and some French fries. A good thing I had a pint of beer to help it down!!

Worth the money

Stayed here for just one night and dinner. Room clean and 'standard' but that's what you want for a road stop. Breakfast and dinner really tastefully and very good service. Parking available. It is situated in a quiet village next to A3. Nice detail: as the name indicates, they brew their own beer!

Warm welcoming friendly. Great stay!

Unfortunately our taxi dropped us off in the wrong village so we had a 4km walk to the correct place. If you are taking a taxi ensure they take you to Elsendorf not Schlusselfeld. Upon arrival we were greeted by one of the nicest people we have met, a very friendly and helpful lady owner who really did go out of her way to help us out with our travel arrangements. The room itself was simple yet clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and all staff were just as friendly and welcoming. There is not much in the village though it is peaceful and the guesthouse itself is a fantastic building. Overall a great place to stay and you will be sure to be looked after and treated nicely.
