Top food

We were greeted very friendly. The staff is quick and attentive. Small but fine food selection. Wine preferably from the Saale Unstrut region and also meat from the surrounding area is offered. The food was sensational, we didn't expect it. Prices were moderate. We will definitely come back.

Customer satisfaction is paramount. Friendly service, welcoming atmosphere and outstanding cuisine !!

We have planned a birthday party with just under 50 people in December 2024. Even the planning was very professional. As requested we found e.g. a play corner with table. The room was festively covered.The celebration began with excellent original Thuringian cake The operating staff was extremely friendly and prudent. Drinks were carefully refilled. As requested we were served very good wines from Thuringia. The evening dinner was presented to us and met our high expectations. The dessert and the cheese and ham plates were available to us until the end of the celebration. Guests travelling from far away stayed in friendly and spacious rooms. Breakfast was very varied with lots of fruits and vegetables and other treats. Our guests found a separate room for the first meal of the day.
All this in a quiet atmosphere.

Best spot for the city center.

The town does not have that many options but this hotel is in the city center. Close to everything. Free parking and a nice outside terrace. The restaurant is great and has many fresh and local dishes (for some reason the center does not have many local dishes restaurants). Room is large but a bit outdated. Breakfast is a lil pricy for what you get but you can ask for scrambled eggs. Staff is very friendly.

Good restaurant

We ate in the hotel restaurant. The menu is relatively small, but the selection is still more than sufficient, there should be something for everyone...We found the quality of the food to be very good, although we would have liked to have seen a little more sauce on the plate.
The ladies serving are very friendly, and unlike other restaurants we have visited in recent years, this friendliness is natural and not fake. They come by from time to time, ask about the guest's satisfaction and other wishes, but are not pushy and leave very quickly. We found this very pleasant. Although the price is a little high, we can definitely recommend the restaurant.

Back to the 90's

It’s located in the center of Schmölln. Have a nice outside area, which is, for sure wonderfully, in summer time to chill. The rooms are clean. Interior it’s a bit older but still OK.
Breakfast is very good and there is enough you could choose from. Parking slots are enough and if you want there is also a garage for your car. The entry it’s a little tricky. Overall it’s not a modern Hotel but nice, clean and friendly. I would come back.
