Gourmet festival-selected delicacies and culinary creativity in an excellent, comfortable atmosphere

Festival of the senses: excellent cuisine with high quality, top service, and wonderful hours in the "Schlossgarten." You gave it your all!!!

The stars need to be reviewed.

The location is excellent, because it is close to the castles and the dining room is well-kept. The rooms are absolutely terrible. I booked two comfort rooms practically located in the attic and without air conditioning. An infernal heat.... And let's not even talk about the view and the unpleasant odors that could be smelled from the tiny balcony. You cannot charge for rooms that are perhaps comparable to a three-star as a four-star, or even superior. We were supposed to stay for three nights and we ran away after the first.

Grazie per aver condiviso con noi la sua esperienza. Ci dispiace che la camera da lei scelta non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative e che ciò abbia compromesso il suo soggiorno.
Il nostro hotel offre diverse categorie di camere e suite con caratteristiche, dimensioni e dotazioni differenti. Disponiamo di altre camere che, ad esempio, sono dotate di aria condizionata e in molti casi offrono una splendida vista sul castello o sulle montagne. Per questo motivo, se ci date la possibilità di farlo, siamo sempre lieti di consigliare ai nostri ospiti la categoria che meglio si adatta alle loro esigenze personali.
Ci dispiace particolarmente che abbiate deciso di interrompere il vostro soggiorno dopo la prima notte. Un colloquio con il nostro team ci avrebbe dato la possibilità di cercare insieme, sul posto, ulteriori soluzioni.

The hotel was in an excellent location and the staff, particularly Dami (?), was very kind and helpful. The breakfast offerings were unbelievable--definitely take advantage of that. Also, make sure to take a bike to the castle. It's a lovely bike ride and easier to manage. Just really pay attention to the warnings to get there 1.5-2 hours in advance. The grounds were well kept and had a lovely view of the castle. The only thing that was a bit hard to figure out were the spa facilities and how to use them. An orientation could be helpful.

Spa was great, lots of diffetent areas to try. Amazing views of the mountains and castle from the outdoor pool.
Staff were very friendly, helpful and chatty.
Nice welcome drink on arrival, food was lovely in the restaurant. Great selection of teas and local produce at breakfast. Room was very comfortable with a spacious bathroom.
