Not recommended for recreation

The hotel is clean, but that you have to walk a few kilometers to the nearest bakery, and since his breakfast gets, is not ok. Parking at the house you have to pay extra, the rip off. Room service comes despite, please don't disturb sign on the door, into the room, allegedly because of silicone pleg of the bathrooms, since they have apparently been remade at some point, mold in the shower anyway. It's actually a motel, not a hotel.

Mache Gäste würde ich auch gerne bewerten. Einer der beiden Kooperationspartner ist direkt gegenüber im Bahnhof, der andere ist 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt.

Beautiful house

Good storage for the bikes. Clean and modern rooms in a historic house. No breakfast on weekends.
The proximity to the train station was not a problem. The windows had good insulation, so we were able to save €25 for windows at the back.

An unpleasant night in a cold room

Staff was very friendly and courteous, as usual ;-)
My room (The Sparfuchs Room) has a nice layout The furniture might not be the newest but it is in excellent shape and the work desk does its job very well.
Things I missed were a refrigerator and hot-water kettle.
But the room has one fatal flaw in cold weather. The heating radiator (which is also limited to the temperature it can achieve) is installed half-hidden behind the clothes closet so that the heat can not radiate throughout the room. I asked for a space heater, but none was available. Even though I turned the thermostat to Maximum, my room never got warm all evening, night, and morning.
Having a portable space heater ready for the guests would remedy this problem.

Nice hotel to stay in

I stayed here for 2 weeks during my business trip. The hotel is nice, my room big enough for a single room. The furniture is pretty old but the bed is new and comfortable.They clean your room everyday and the lady on reception is so nice and helpful. Is near the trainstation, just accross the street. There are trains to Dortumund every half an hour and the trip takes like 18 minutes.
The breakfast is the same everyday so i would give them a minus here because at some point you get enough of it.
And also a minus for not having a mini fridge in the room (i mean for long staying as i did you can't buy anything from the supermarket like fruits or juice to keep them cold).
I would recommend it for sleeping over :)
