Great hotel with experienced staff

Friendly and attentive staff. Always a smile on your lips.
Except the colleague from the night shift. A pleasant one in itself, only convinces himself that he can not or may e.g. on demand of a bottle of wine.

Experience report

I have been a guest at this hotel for a long time and use it regularly. Unfortunately, the service has noticeably deteriorated in recent months.
On one hand, the room is no longer cleaned daily, which I expect as a matter of course from a hotel of this category. On the other hand, the fitness area has been relocated, and the sauna area is now completely closed.
These changes lead to a noticeable reduction in comfort and service quality overall. I hope that the hotel will make improvements here again.

Fine, wonderfully quiet, clean, and great food.

Nice Hotel, as between stop p through to Austria. Lovely beds, nice evening food and breakfast. Staff friendly and helpful.

Reasonable hotel

Excellent rooms. Only miss coffee and tea facilities in the room. Beds a little too hard.
