Small charming country hotel with warm owners

Small charming hotel, perfect for a weekend in Münster!
We stayed there for one night during the week. The welcome was very friendly and we were personally taken to our rooms. These were very spacious with large bathroom and very nice bed.
Service and food in the restaurant were excellent. In the evening we could play cards in the fireplace room and could have taken drinks from the bar, but did not have to.
At breakfast the next morning there was nothing missing. Everything at the buffet was freshly prepared and you could choose how you want your egg (with love from happy chickens ).
Everything was perfect and we didn't miss anything.

On arrival to our beautiful room, we went for a walk in the countryside and came back to a delicious seasonal dinner.

Hotel Venner Moor is our go to place in Germany. It offers beautiful rooms, comfort, excellent food and peaceful surroundings. There are many bike and walking routes directly from the hotel.
Martina and Bernhard are friendly, present and very service minded.

Warm country hotel in a quiet location with excellent regional cuisine.

We stayed at the Hotel Venner Moor for one night on our bike tour on the last weekend in April. We were greeted very warmly and with a smile as soon as we arrived. We were given a spacious and stylish, modern room on the ground floor, which also has a seating area right outside the room with a view of the greenery. Just right for arriving and having a cozy and casual drink. The room was spacious and very lovingly furnished in a modern style, which we didn't expect, but we liked it a lot!
In the evening we had booked a table in the hotel's own restaurant. We had a really nice evening with excellent regional and, above all, homemade cuisine. We ate three courses and all of them were excellent. The service was very attentive and matched the beautiful ambience of the restaurant perfectly.
The breakfast in the morning left nothing to be desired and gluten-free products were no problem at all (that's not a given)! The (scrambled) egg was freshly prepared for the guests and brought to the table.
The friendliness of all the employees and the owners towards the guests is particularly noteworthy!
During our stay, both the hotel and the restaurant were very busy, so we recommend making a reservation in good time.
We can only recommend both the hotel and the restaurant and would love to come back!

Great family hotel with outstanding cuisine

We spent a hiking weekend with friends in Venner Moor. It is a small family-run hotel. The large rooms are freshly renovated, modern and tastefully furnished, with a large bathroom and a terrace on the ground floor. The breakfast left nothing to be desired. Egg dishes were freshly prepared. The food in the restaurant was outstanding, of high quality, beautifully presented and very tasty. It is rare to experience such warm and courteous service. The beer garden and fireplace room are ideal for the evening. The hotel is very secluded and is a good starting point for hikes through Venner Moor and bike tours. We can recommend it without reservation and would be happy to come back.
