A waste of money

Price-performance ratio does not fit at all, was disappointing, breakfast manageable, always the same and seems rationed, not consistently refilled, dinner and drinks much too expensive (almost cheekily expensive) and really peculiar, multiple times no service at the bar, you notice a lack of staff, chambermaids do not speak a single word of German or English, bathroom cannot be ventilated because the door constantly falls shut, in the morning from 7 a.m. hours of racket from loading and unloading like at a wholesale market, sleeping in not possible, metal cups in the room hardly usable for drinking without spilling, lots of chi-chi you-community posturing about nothing, in the evening no nice lighting, you sit on wooden chairs in the dark, tables dirty, are not cleared, except in the morning, when you can hardly hear the music because of all the "clattering dishes." Standing in line at the rooftop bar for drinks, in the sports area bicycles not cleaned, sweat stains, hair sticking to the handlebars, a waste of money for school auditorium and cafeteria flair. Only location top, everything else mediocre, max 2-3 stars. Style and ambiance is something else. And we are modern, tolerant vacationers. But for that much money, others can really do better.
A sign showing where to go for the underground parking space from the street would also be helpful! So our vacation started with the first shortcomings, very unfortunate.

Very fresh and new hotel. Very good breakfast buffe. Nice and modern room, unfortinualy a bit hot in the room so we had to open the windows.
The hotel should impove the the road signes to the hotel. Not easy finding the way.

Casual hotel in a perfect location.

The casual hotel is perfectly located on the beachfront promenade. Everything is within walking distance. All staff members are extremely friendly, creating a very pleasant atmosphere. There is a great restaurant in the house, and the extensive breakfast buffet is fantastic. I would gladly return.
