Pleasant twin room on second floor overlooking the back of the shops/restaurants on the next road. No kettle, but had one delivered with 2 glasses !! No a/c but had balcony/door to let air in. Car park at the rear of the hotel found it by accident but then very easy to get into the hotel. Not many restaurants around.

The property was not suitable for staying in and I would not recommend it to anyone unfortunately. A smell of food and cigarettes permeated everything. Shower or bath was not suitable for anyone to use.
The first room I was assigned didn't have light bulbs, nor power in the sockets. The second room I was assigned had a leaky faucet and broken window handle.
The couches within the rooms gave a certain smell of unclean.
Save yourself trouble and book elsewhere if staying in Stuttgart.

Helpful, but plenty of no go’s

Located on the U6, which leads directly to the airport, you drive about 45 min.
Right next to hotel supermarket, div. Local, bakery etc. also nearby
Had rooms in the 4th. Stock, unfortunately the elevator did not go, it seemed as if it had been off for some time, due to illness I am not allowed to carry a heavy suitcase, thank God the friendly receptionist took over both on the day of arrival and departure.
Room with sloping roof and small balcony (No. 41): would have liked a ceiling light in the main room instead of the floor lamp, a couch, small round table, 2 armchairs and large storage area available, unfortunately this area incl. telephone was very dusty, mattress from the bed was comfortable to lie on, upholstery had almost no filling at all and was virtually non-existent, but there was also no reserve cushion that could have been taken additionally, lamp by the bed was very poorly fastened, virtually only hanging by a thread, but still worked, at least there was socket by the bed, small refrigerator was a big advantage, in the box there were no clothes hooks at all, outside only a few, view from room nice and it was quiet, unfortunately the heating was not yet switched on, although it was already very cold outside
Bathroom: had unpleasant smells, first it smelled of kitchen and breaded schnitzel and later of sewerage, had no shower, but a mini bathtub crammed into a corner and where you could almost not stir and shower at all, someone larger would have failed, there was also no shower rod, even if there would have been space, but only the shower head to take in my hand next to the tap, was very impractical, I had to wash my head standing up outside because everything was so cramped, getting out was also a feat because you were almost standing in the toilet.
The bathroom radiator was not leakproof and there was always a small varnish collected next to the toilet, also the fitting from the sink was not completely leakproof
Room service: on 1. Day the whole room was not made at all, complained to the reception, asked if you absolutely have to hang the “please clean room” sign, because normal you don’t have to, answer was: “would be better”, I made the next day, the dung buckets were emptied, but the bed was not made, and the sign was also still hanging outside, I was told these two activities are performed by different people, no comment... again complained, then it worked (but was only there for 3 whole days in total)
Breakfast I had booked on site, cost point 15 EUR, room was definitely not the one shown, was in the basement and relatively small, food selection was ok, sausage, cheese, cereals, jourgebäck, sweet, good tea selection

Had room on top floor. Was noisy on the street all night, rooms are not soundproof at all. Additional fees at check-in are overpriced. Room was not as pictured in the photos. No balcony. Chairs are worn out. I was disappointed.

Week-end

Rooms are spacious and clean
The bathroom is ok.we lacked the bath towels but the reception was ultra responsive
Good Various breakfast
It is easy to park in front of the hotel
The staff is friendly
However there is a nightclub right across the street and therefore a lot of noise
If you sleep courtyard side it’s ok
