Friendly hotel, needs refinements for business travellers

The Landhaus is a basic hotel well positioned for nearby business parks. The staff are friendly and restaurant looks good. Breakfast is decent. WiFi free and fast.
The hotel is not really ideal for business travellers. No safe, no ironing board/iron in room, no fitness center, and room service restricted or often not available. No receptionist or food available when arriving late.
Lack of basic luxuries too. For example, if I’m in a double room, please give me a double duvet and not a small single. Similarly, give me two towels so I can shower using a dry towel both before and after work. Not a lot to ask.

Lovely stay at this hotel. Well designed room with properly placed outlets for charging devices and enough storage in the bathroom

This is an outstanding hotel. Family owned. All services are outstanding. The rooms are great. The food is exceptional. The location is quiet and easy to travel to any city from hotel
