Worth the stay

The staff, very kind, is especially to be praised.
The location is convenient; you can reach the center, on a bike and pedestrian path, in about 10 minutes. The place is quiet.
The rooms in the annex are equipped with air conditioning and have been renovated.
The restaurant has a good price-quality ratio and is worth a try. The breakfast is abundant and fresh.

We spent two nights. The first night we spent it in a small room where there was almost no space to access the bed from one of the sides. Small bathroom without heating and TV not properly working. The worst thing was the matress, no me or my wife were able to sleep. The matress was too old and even painful. The second night we spent in another room that was a little bit bigger than the previous but the mattresses were again too old and not confortable at all. The hotel and the room were clean but I would not recommend this hotel if the price is over 100 EUR / night per double room.

3 horrible nights during work trip. No desk (I had to work on the bed) but the worst was the direct view on the Hotel/restaurant garbage: hot weather during my stay, no Air conditioning so I had to keep my window open at night and suffer from the bad smell and a few insects.
I asked the staff to close the door of the garbage area but it was reopen all the time, with people looking inside my room until 10.00pm. I have never had such a bad experience with a room and the staff didn't offer any solution... disappointing!!
