Very friendly charming hotel

Very friendly small hotel, extra clean “Unna” room, bathroom with jacuzzi, shower, beautifully appointed WC.
Simple but good breakfast, fresh produce.
5 minutes from the center of Unna and the artisanal areas.
I highly recommend !

Geht so

Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, aber…..man muss sich selbst einchecken, nachdem man den Schlüssel mit Code gefunden hat. Im Zimmer gibt es eine Preisliste für die Minibar.Die existiert aber nicht. Stattdessen musste ich fast 8 Kilometer zur nächsten Tankstelle fahren, um eine Flasche Mineralwasser zu kaufen. Richtig billig ist das Hotel nicht und eine kostenfreie Flasche Wasser wäre sicher drin gewesen. Denn auch Gastronomie gibt es erst nach ca 6 Kilometern. Alles in allem keine besonders kundenfreundliche Erfahrung.
