"Unfortunately, I can't report anything positive about this hotel. All the features of the hotel tout could not be met. Also the staff, who should be available at any time (statement de hotel description) had disappeared without a trace from 9 pm and also not reachable by phone. Oh yes, the TV almost didn't work either... constant error messages like "insert Vodafone card correctly" "this program is not unlocked" etc"
"The selection of the almost empty breakfast buffet was more than meagre and not worth its money. A minibar as advertised in the brochure, there was unfortunately no, just an empty cupboard with torn out door front. The room was freezing cold and also the bathroom had no heating, so we had to plug in an electric heater, which we fortunately always have in the car. The full-bodied restaurant advertised in the brochure unfortunately did not exist either, fortunately a pizzeria was nearby. The view from the room to the Rhine was unfortunately completely hidden by a wild forest. "

Where View is written on it, there should also be a view!!!!

Rhine Moselle View, the name is a deception. Because the only thing you see are trees and bushes. The furniture is of cheap quality and so are the carpets. Also the laminate is no longer beautiful and the bathroom door jams. Bed linen was torn and towels are also broken. The beer garden, which is actually very nice, would have to be fixed (broken tables, weeds, etc.) The breakfast which should be ready at 7.30 am, was only completely prepared around 8 am. For cyclists, the hotel is difficult to reach as it is on a steep road and there is no parking space. I had the impression that the operator is overwhelmed and/or just wants to make quick money. He did not respond to the criticism and there was no apology. Can't recommend the hotel

Stay over while travelling through Germany

We stayed as a family for one night. Very disappointed to find the restaurant and bar closed. Overall the hotel is clean, quiet and the staff very helpful. Rooms do not really have river views but the car park did.

No view of the Rhine or Mosel Rivers...but the room was favorable. Owners are wonderful and the cappuccino delicious!
