Good with weaknesses

The breakfast is excellent. The room was functional. Unfortunately, the catering service closes at 10 PM and the elevator is then still locked. That is unacceptable.

Bad, overpriced food

Ate at the Schwane today. Unfortunately not good. Had the ribeye cooked completely through and approx. 1 cm. I had imagined a ribeye differently. Instead of a
nice follow-up, we were completely ignored afterwards, unlike other guests.

Beautiful and genuine friendliness

The hotel's location is enchanting. It is located in the middle of a small, Franconian old town... without mass tourism and without a “party zone.” It is lovely... a truly romantic hotel with a lot of charm and extremely friendly staff. And... we are talking about “genuine friendliness,” not the artificial and interchangeable, fake friendliness that is offered in every luxury hotel. I'll be back. Definitely!

Poor value for money

Dark cold rooms. Lukewarm water.
Inflexible staff. Breakfast was good with friendly staff. The ordinary Restaurant is also good. The rest is very average. Poor value for money.

schade, dass Sie obwohl Ihnen die Freundlichkeit des Personals und das Restaurant so gut gefallen haben, nur zwei von fünf Punkten gegeben haben. Was meinen Sie mit dunklen, kalten Räumen? Hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert? Waren die Lampen defekt? Hat sich niemand darum gekümmert? Hatten Sie vor Ort jemanden aus unserem Team darüber informiert?
