Clean and very nice staff, a car is needed, two small shops by walking distance as well as a restaurant, with good food.

Fraud on the customer

We were told over the phone different prices than where they make on site. Had an additional bill of 210€ instead of 60€ as it would be to us on the phone. Families with small children, the age of the children is estimated and then calculated as more adult depending on that. The rooms are rebooked by the staff without informing the guest. The children's bed costs an outrageous 20€ a night, which was not mentioned on the phone and is not listed on their homepage. Complaints will not be addressed as the guest is always to blame. The rooms were very noisy as you could overhear any conversation from the neighbors

From here you can easily conquer Erfurt!

The short vacation was supposed to take us (among other places) to Erfurt - we became aware of this hotel "on the outskirts" and do not regret it - the Park & Ride (Europaplatz / Line 3) is a very good way to get to the center - the rooms and the very lovingly prepared breakfast buffet (special thanks to Rebecca) made the stay very pleasant
