Great service and very nice location!

I had a single room and it was like it is shown on the web page. It is a bit far away from the city center but it is almost in front of one of the entry doors to the Nationalpark. The staff speaks little English but they were very nice and help me in every way they could. The breakfast is really good, with very nice German-style bread. Very clean and in the night you don't hear a sound because it is in such a quite place. I definitely recommend it and I will for sure be back when I visit the Nationalpark again. There is also a Restaurant at the Hotel so you can have dinner and some drinks there. There is not much internet signal in the third floor.

Pittoreske Landschaft trifft auf Hotel-Kleinod

Bei dem Hotel am Müritz-Natinalpark bilden Landschaft und Hotel eine stimmungsvolle Symbiose. Dies drückt sich auch im Angebot des Hotels aus.
Als da wäre(n),
die sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Hotelcrew,
unser Zimmer, mit der Möglichkeit sich im Zweifel Kleinigkeiten eigenständig zubereiten zu können,
das sehr abwechselungsreiche Frühstück, das zum Teil aus der Region stammt,
die Bilder der Hotelbetreiberin, die sich im gesamten Hotel wiederfinden.
Am wenigsten jedoch hat uns gefallen, dass wir nur eine Woche gebucht haben.

Tolles Hotel direkt am Nationalpark

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub mit vielen Spaziergängen und Radtouren, wofür die Lage des Hotels optimal ist. Das Frühstück ist sehr lecker und vielfältig. Euch erwarten selbst gemachte Marmeladen, Smoothie und andere Leckereien. Vor allem die Sonnenuntergänge über der Wiese haben wir mit kühlem Bier und Buch genossen. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und man konnte sich auf die vielen persönlichen Empfehlungen der Rezeption verlassen. Einfach wunderschön!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig direkt an einem Feld gelegen und gegenüber befindet sich gleich der Nationalpark Müritz, das war sehr schön. In die Stadt benötigt man zu Fuß eine halbe Stunde.
Die Zimmereinrichtung vom Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Im Badezimmer sitzt man mit seinen Beinen direkt in der Dusche und die Duschtür hat nicht die richtigen Maße und lässt sich dadurch nicht auf Anhieb schließen. 2 Euro Parkgebühr pro Nacht für die zu kleinen Stellplätze auf dem Hof sind unangemessen. Nachts läuft die Katze über die Autos und verschmutzt dadurch die Autos.
15 Euro p. P. für das Frühstück ist ebenfalls unangemessen, wenn ab 9.20 Uhr bereits Nichts mehr nachgelegt wird. Die Bedienungen waren leider sichtlich überfordert und unser Besteck schmutzig. Wir haben ein Spiegelei bestellt, das komplett schwarz serviert wurde. Die junge Kellnerin meinte noch, dass es etwas abgebrannt sei. Sorry aber krebserregende Lebensmittel serviert man einfach nicht!
Hier fehlt eine Person, die die Organisation übernimmt, denn man räumt zahlenden Gästen das Buffet nicht schon 40 Minuten vor Ende ab.
Was ich sehr fragwürdig finde ist, dass die Eingangstür nach 18 Uhr immer abgeschlossen wurde. Im Brandfall wäre dies wohl nicht so optimal.
