Wonderful boutique hotel!

We weren’t quite sure what to expect when booking our trip from the US to Weimar, and we were so pleasantly surprised by this beautiful boutique hotel! It was beautiful and moody inside, and the breakfast was lovely. We stayed in the newly refinished apartments, and had a small kitchen area, a dining table, and a private bedroom with a sitting area. The staff was incredibly friendly, and don’t forget to enjoy the handmade beverages! It was a wonderful experience, and very conveniently located near the walking path to downtown, and to all of the sites in Weimar. We walked everywhere we went.

Extraordinary situation

Very nice reception; comfortably furnished rooms; everything you need in a room; varied breakfast buffet and parking available (advance reservation recommended); extraordinary location - in the middle of the old town and everything is within walking distance; price/performance is absolutely right.

The Amalienhof in Weimar is worth a visit

We booked the hotel for a short visit to Weimar with friends.
The booking was made directly via the hotel portal and was completely uncomplicated. The parking for 18 € we booked directly to it. The price seems quite high, but we could park the car already in the morning of arrival and also until the afternoon on the day of departure. The tiresome search for parking space was omitted
All the staff at the hotel were extremely friendly, attentive and accommodating. Thank you for that!
The rooms are large, clean and equipped with everything you need.
The bathroom is small but sufficient for us. We particularly liked the fact that there are enough storage areas and hooks. The beds are also very good and the ambience is very adapted to the house.
Breakfast was very good. Fresh fruit and vegetables, baked goods fresh from the bakery, several types of jams and spreads ....
The location of the hotel is great! Everything we wanted to see we could easily reach on foot.
There is a beautiful roof terrace and a very nice room where you can still enjoy a “slump”. The hotel offers a reception bar!
We can really recommend the Amalienhof!

Always happy

Were the second time at the Amalienhof. Always to the Christmas market in Weimar. Hotel is located on the edge of the old town, very central and only 150 m from the pedestrian zone. Great service and warm friendliness of the entire staff are particularly noteworthy. The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired. The rooms are functionally furnished and sufficiently large. There is shower gel, Kleenex and hairdryer. Safe and minibar unfortunately not. The house is picobello clean. Parking is available on site and is subject to a fee.
We will definitely come back.

First action we dod was to buyinng a new toilette brush.
Appartment was spaciouse and comfortable.
Very reasobable price.
Location within 2 min walking distance from historical centre.
