Hotel for business trip
This hotel is ideal for business people to take some nights. Correct bleakfast bufet and quiet rooms. I spent two night's there and was full satisfied with my room, with the breakfast deal. The only one negative impression, after 16:00 is quite difficult to check in.

I would not recommend this hotel to my acquaintances.
The main pearl was unfortunately a disappointment.
The entrance area was dingy and uninviting. Outside there was an old safe on a chair where we discovered our room key, (I could have taken the other room keys with me, too) some keys were floating in the rusty water.
Unfortunately, there was no contact person on site.
Service looks different to me.
The room had seen better times, the room facilities bad.. As a double room much too tight and the beds were slack , sheets had holes
The closet had only one shelf...You had to be very creative to accommodate the things for two people.
The toilet was a total challenge, corpulent guests would have had a problem closing the toilet
use.
I had bumped my left arm on the toilet paper holder several times.
The double room had fitter room character.
I wonder how Booking.com can award this hotel a rating of 8.1 points. Do I have to doubt the rating system??

Customer friendliness out of place
**Review for Hotel Mainperle**
Our stay at Hotel Mainperle was unfortunately disappointing. The first impression was already negative: the entrance door was dirty and looked old. Check-in was done by calling a code for the key box, which was impersonal and inconvenient. The route led us through a former restaurant that smelled strongly of mustiness and left a neglected impression.
The stairwell continued this negative impression - the carpet was worn and dirty. Our room was clean, but the very small bathroom had mold and the fittings were chipped. The bed was extremely low and soft, and the bed linen was made of sea-rubber fabric, which only needs to be washed and dried, so not your usual hotel bed linen. Our balcony had no table or chairs, although the railing was freshly painted - the sandpaper lying around was not removed during our entire stay.
One bright spot was the kettle and instant coffee in the room, which we enjoyed the next morning. Unfortunately, the cups were not cleaned and the trash can was not emptied either. Breakfast consisted of the cheapest baked goods, cheap sausage from the supermarket and very old, overripe fruit. Eggs were not available because the stove was apparently broken. On the second day there were hard-boiled eggs, but some fresh fruit was added. On the last day, breakfast was almost completely cancelled because the refrigeration had broken down - this was apologized for on a notice, but unfortunately not in person.
Personal contact with the staff was completely lacking and hospitality was nowhere to be found. As with some other reviews before us, complaints were only met with rude replies from the owner, which did not make the situation any better. Instead of taking the guests' dissatisfaction seriously and trying to make improvements, little value was obviously placed on customer service.
Overall, we cannot recommend the Hotel Mainperle at all. There is considerable room for improvement, especially with regard to cleanliness, hospitality and service quality.

Gut und günstig
Das Doppelzimmer war groß und sauber. Das Frühstück für 7 Euro ist sehr gut. Der Service ist freundlich und professionell. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine Bushaltestelle zur Innenstadt. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Parkplätze sind ausreichend verfügbar und kostenlos.

Sehr schöne große Zimmer mit Balkon
Das Hotel liegt leider weit von der schönen Innenstadt entfernt - zu Fuss nicht zu machen. Schade! Das Restaurant im Haus ist geschlossen. Man muss zum Hintereingang ins Hotel. Der Empfang war sehr nett und die Zimmer schön groß, mit Kühlschrank. Der nette Rezeptionist empfahl uns einen Biergarten am Main - super!!! Der Balkon lag in Richtung eines Fußballplatzes. Dort haben einige Fußballfans leider die Nacht zum Tag gemacht. Mein Freund hat kein Auge zugetan und wollte nur noch nach Hause. Daher haben wir das Frühstück ausfallen lassen - kann also leider nichts dazu sagen.
