Tolles Haus am Bahnhof
Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder! Am W-Lan sollte man arbeiten. Der Check-In war digital und einfach. Das Haus ist sehr zentral zur Innenstadt und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Danke.

Good, somewhat noisy location, quality rooms, accommodation with swaps in Service
We stayed in the house for 10 days in September 2025.
Upon arrival in the evening we had to pay at a terminal in the entrance area. Without payment there is no key and no access to the apartment. No one is personally approachable. There's an "emergency number" on the terminal.
The payment process only worked after repeated several times. The issued room key card did not work at the apartment door.
After further frustrated and angry attempts, the issue of a key card and even a second card finally worked.
The house is within calling distance of the train station (about 50 m). The train announcements can all be heard with the window open. On the third day I knew all the connections to Hamburg Altona.
The sheets were partly made of polyester and not skin-friendly. The bedding was much too thick, i.e. too warm. Relaxed sleep was not possible for the first three days. The request to the Service in the house (separate office next to the entrance) to exchange the bedding for lighter ones was laborious and only met after four days.
The parking space for the car is directly at the house. There was always one free. Parking spaces for bicycles are also directly at the house, but not covered.
The room was high quality, the apartment well divided into kitchen with living area, hallway, walk-in wardrobe, bedroom and bathroom. The functioning of the stove was only revealed after intensive efforts and almost abandonment of the efforts. A microwave was unfortunately not available (would have fit well with the otherwise high-quality equipment).
The location to the city center is very good. It is about 5 minutes to Gosch, about 10 minutes to the beach promenade.

Tolle Ferienwohnung
Wir sind zurzeit hier als Eltern mit 2 volljährigen Töchtern und sind begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, topmodern ausgestattet und bis ins Kleinste durchdacht. Duschbad, 2. WC mit Handwaschbecken, großer Wohnbereich mit TV und sky-Receiver, WLAN, LAN-Anschlüsse, Schlafzimmer mit TV und sehr viel Stauraum für Klamotten. Großzügiger Eingangsbereich mit Garderobe. Komplett eingerichtete Küchenzeile mit Spülmaschine und sogar den dazugehörigen Tabs.
Das Haus liegt mitten im Zentrum am Bahnhof. Alles - auch der Strand - ist sehr gut fußläufig erreichbar. Wir können auch bei gekippten Fenstern gut schlafen. Das Grundrauschen von draußen stört uns nicht.
Das Einchecken hat kontakt- und problemlos funktioniert. Lediglich der Check-In Beleg wurde nicht ausgegeben. Da hat wohl das Papier gefehlt. Die Gästekarten (Zugang zum Strand) lagen für uns bereit.

Zentrales Appartement
In aktueller Zeit war die Vorbereitung seitens des Hotels perfekt. Bei allen Fragen stand man sehr (!) freundlich zur Verfügung.
Das Appartement liegt sehr zentral am Bahnhof am Beginn der Fußgängerzone. Wenn man die Fenster zulässt, hört man vom Verkehr nahezu nichts, bei offenem Fenster schlafen funktioniert nicht.
Die dazugehörigen Parkplätze sind fast immer durch Touristen oder Besucher des Corona-Testzentrums besetzt. Dieses wird leider häufig für alle zum Problem. Die Fahrräder haben wir in den ersten Stock getragen, da leider für die Räder keine sichere Abstellmöglichkeit im EG zur Verfügung steht.
Der Check-Inn musste am Automaten mehrfach wiederholt werden, Visacard funktionierte nicht.
Das Apartment sehr großzügig und modern ausgestattet.
Schicke saubere Bäder und eine perfekt ausgestattete Küche.
Leider war die Jalousie in der Küche abgerissen und der TV besaß keine Fernbedienungen.
Es wurde beides sehr zeitnah gelöst und der Handwerker kam sogar am Feiertag.
Seit Beginn steht das angekündigte WLAN nicht zur Verfügung und konnte bisher nicht korrigiert werden.
Für Personen, welche nebenbei online arbeiten müssen, aktuell eine Katastrophe.
Die erforderlichen Testergebnisse mussten gestern vor Ort im Haupthaus, 7 km entfernt, abgegeben werden.
Wenn auch alle auf Sylt in dieser Modellregion sehr bemüht sind, so richtig sprang in den ersten Tagen der Funke und das berühmte Sylt-Feeling noch nicht über.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Mit einem Code kommt man in das Gebäude, das direkt neben dem Bahnhof leicht zu finden ist, anschließend check in beim Automaten und man bekommt sofort die Karten für das Apartment. Jedes Apartment hat einen Parkplatz direkt beim Haus. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, ruhig und modern eingerichtet. Wir mussten uns zwar die Schlafcouch selber ausziehen und beziehen, was aber nicht weiters ein Problem war. Es fehlte ein Bettlaken, aber nach kurzem Anruf wurde es sofort gebracht. Es waren mehr als genügend Handtücher vorhanden, Duschgel und Seife waren aufgefüllt, genug Toilettenpapier, Geschirrspülmittel und Geschirrtücher waren da. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Perfekte verdunkelung der Fenster war möglich. Alles perfekt und vor allem sauber und ruhig. Wir werden dieses Appartement auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
