Fantastic experience. Best so far.
What a cool hotel. Everything included. Super welcoming. Nice and smooth service. Nothing is too crazy. Sauna is great. Engine could even be inside!

Stink nuisance and ants
This stay was extra special for us, because it was our honeymoon. Because of the death of my father, we had to move our wedding and honeymoon earlier. This stay was a gift from our parents and therefore we had been very much looking forward to it.
Unfortunately we experienced several problems during our stay. The first room had severe stench, so we had to move to another room after two nights. For this nuisance we received €50 compensation, which we appreciated.
Unfortunately, the replacement room also appeared to have problems. In this room, many ants were present at the front door and in the kitchen. It was striking that there were already ant lure boxes. When we reported this, it was indicated that this was not related to hygiene and that ants can occur on the ground floor.
What particularly disappointed us was the way our complaints were handled. There was no prompt response and we did not feel our concerns were being taken seriously. When we addressed the nuisance, it was even said that one less star in a review does not matter because there are enough satisfied guests. We were not even talking about a star rating at the time. We did not find that a customer-friendly response.
We understand that problems can occur in a hotel, but after two nights of stench and then a room with ants, we expected more understanding, commitment and a more professional handling. Precisely because this was our honeymoon and a special gift from our parents, made this experience extra disappointing.
We are writing this review, to honestly share our experience. Unfortunately, this stay did not bring what we had hoped for from such a special occasion. Furthermore, it is very beautiful and a lot to see and experience have certainly been able to enjoy. Unfortunately because of the room change we were not able to do what we still wanted to do because of time lack of the change and different rooms they showed, and then it was not the room they wanted to give we had to go again after another room. Very unfortunate has taken a long time.

Great hotel –
We are sitting here with the family at the moment. What fun we enjoy here with our kids aged 9 and 5. in the morning on ski lessons and in the afternoon with the animation team. The hotel looks really big from the outside, but upon entering it is warm and cozy. Food is really delicious. We're in apartment 394. Beds are fine, also enough kitchen utensils, if you want to cook yourself. Plenty of room. The service is really great here. We will be back next year. I'm already excited and so are the kids. Rob himself receives his guests during dinner, which is really to his credit. In short everything top top arranged.

Not booked and still a top rating
We didn't book there but got an option for 4 rooms because of our wedding day Dec 2026. We have had contact with a number of employees including Maartje by telephone and email. Unfortunately, we have not been able to finalize our option due to changed circumstances in our family. But we will definitely visit this hotel in the future. Maartje and other colleagues thank you very much for your patience, guidance and kindness.
