It was very misleading that the pool area wasn’t included in the room, all the images showed things from the pool area but once at the hotel they acted as it was a complete separate place. We had to make an upgrade of 66 eur for the pool area plus breakfast.

A very nice extended weekend

The entire hotel staff was very friendly, caring, and helpful in all interactions. There were contacts available around the clock for any questions. The breakfast was a true delight—both in taste and ambiance.
Due to the hotel's good location, one can easily visit the city on foot.
The direct access to the water park through the hotel is also very convenient.
The room is nicely furnished, and the bed is very cozy and large.
Unfortunately, it was very warm in the room due to the current heatwave, and the room does not have air conditioning. The existing temperature control goes down to 19 degrees Celsius but automatically jumps back to 22 degrees Celsius.
Unfortunately, the SMART TV in the room does not have access to streaming services, so you only have access to selected TV channels and the hotel software available on the tablet.
All in all, the experience is very nice, and the Wonnemar Resort is recommendable.

A very nice stay

We've been here four years. The joy of autumn holidays is huge. Great place, like a home. Very nice staff. You feel very family-friendly. Food great, my husband would also be happy about some cold cuts and spreads in the evening. Rooms , great facilities. Can only recommend it. No matter for short and togetherness or in family and also longer. Relaxation, fun and sports, and wellness , there is something for everyone. We will come back.

Unable Service

Unbelievably unfriendly and inept! I could now add a long list of experiences. But only this: I was a guest for 2 nights in June and also provided my car license plate because I parked in the hotel parking lot. Now I received an invoice from Park Control for a "parking violation". During a phone call with the hotel we realized the error: My license plate number was written down incorrectly by an employee (one letter was wrong). Sure, this can happen to anyone. But instead of apologizing for it, the lady became puny. She interrupted me mid-sentence, said "nobody can help it here", promised to cancel the order for payment procedure, but simply hung up mid-sentence when I was still speaking to her.
The true service attitude of a force can be recognized by the attitude in dealing with errors! Because of this and other experiences, I can only say for myself: I'll never sleep in this house again!
