Great hotel.

Great hotel. We will definitely come back.
Can be recommended to be there on weekdays rather than weekends - Especially Saturday there were many people and therefore less space at the pool and in the restaurant.

Great disappointment

Great disappointment, probably attributable to the new owner/tenant?
Glass/chairs/floor/tablecloth dirty. Had been looking forward to a well-kept restaurant. Left the restaurant without having eaten. Not having politely pointed out the poor conditions beforehand, a shame! Never again...

Beautiful hotel, great service, excellent food!

We really enjoyed our short stay at the Adler. Everything was excellent: the peace and quiet, the food, the service, and the great room. We had a great rest and will certainly be back.

"Wellness weekend"

You have a wonderfully equipped hotel with super amenities. You absolutely must improve your service. For a 4-star superior hotel, the service is inadequate. The price is unjustified given so many defects during a 3-day stay. During our stay, we saw at least three other guests at the front desk who were also complaining.
Something else that occurred to me:
There is black mold on the ceiling in the sports area! That is a health hazard and must be removed immediately. The water damage on the ceiling in the sports area was not repaired.
