Dangerous and unhygienic – never again!

The stay was unfortunately an imposition. The floor in the room was heavily stained and made an unhygienic impression – totally unacceptable for a hotel. But it got worse: During the night, part of the ceiling (“sky”) fell off! This could have ended up really dangerous.
I immediately reported the incident to reception – but neither an apology nor a solution came. Even after my written complaint, I have not received any reply to this day. No customer service, no sense of responsibility.
A hotel that does not respond to such shortcomings is absolutely not recommended. I definitely won’t be back – and can only advise everyone to get detailed information beforehand.

Terrible night!

We spent an absolutely terrible night in this hotel in July 2024. As soon as we lay in bed, we heard a very loud, jackhammer-like noise coming from the air conditioning vents. About every 50 seconds it came back. That went on all night. The reception is not staffed at night so we spent the night sleepless in this room. The next morning, we learned from a female employee that the air conditioning in this very room had broken and had only been released by the technician a few days earlier. That can happen, but it got worse after that: the hotel refuses to accommodate us or refund the price of the accommodation to this day. This is really pathetic and has never come to my attention like this!!!
