spent a nice time here

The two-week stay here I really liked. It is really a small oasis with the many beautiful plants on the property. Not only can you sit at ground level, but also on the roof terrace, where a cooling wind blows in the evening.
The rooms, shower and toilet are clean.
The shared bathroom was also no problem.
The staff is very friendly, goes to great lengths and prepares a delicious breakfast.

Lovely stay!

I really loved HechTech House!
The location ist quiet but close to many bars, restaurants, cafes, etc. by feet.
When you take a taxi/Uber/Bolt youre quickly at the visit sights.
The atmosphere is nice, servive top and the stuff at HechTech House will help you with everything you need.
Rooms are clean and cozy.
Will come again!

Cool stay

Great decent stay for a local attractions location. I appreciated being able to walk back after a dinner or shopping. Located in a cool area. Also the staff, the dog Jollie and the greenery added a nice homey touch. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall the property was very nice, and the spaces were clean the garden nice, and the staff very friendly. The problem was with the bathroom which had a horrible mold problem. As I've had to deal with mold in my own home, I know this isn't just a cleaning problem, but it needs to be dealt with on a deeper level. Unfortunately, the owner/manager decided to blame it all on the cleaner, even degrading her in front of me (horrible!) and not taking any responsibility himself. I tried to explain how he could deal with it, but he just kept insisting it was her fault, and how horrible it is to find good help, blah blah.
I asked the cleaner not to clean the bathroom (because now the owner was insisting it be done immediately) until I left, as when you clean mold with vinegar, it shoots out spoors that I did not want in my room. But he went over my head and had her clean when I was out for a walk. This was very uncool, as I specifically asked them not to.
At the end of the day, I used the external bathroom and shower which was fine (but had paid for an ensuite). I was not offered any compensation for any of this, just the discomfort of watching an owner disrespect his staff.

Really convenient stay here at Hechtech. Close to many restaurants markets and attractions. Walkable from many performance locations. Easy for Ubers to locate. A bit expensive for the property type however I would stay here again.
