Pleasant surprise
This is a modern accommodation situated in a regular street.
Big rooms. Fully equipped kitchen. Nice bed. Clean. Friendly service. Breakfast is not included but can be arranged.
Free and fast Wi-Fi. Uber is reliable and the best way to reach the hotel.
I can really recommend the place. A very pleasant surprise.

A welcomed surprise
Location - between Osu and Labone Junction in a kind-of residential area (Nyaniba Estate). The hotel/apartments is down a a cul-de-sac road which gives it that intimate feel. It's quite quiet as it's tucked away from the main and side roads. Worth noting Koala supermarket as your reference point as it's a few streets away from there - walking distance (10 mins) / car (2-3 mins).
Rooms - we ended up with the deluxe apartment with a private terrace seating area outside. The apartment wasn't part of the main building but opposite making it like our own little home. The apartment photos you see online don't do it justice as the place was really clean and not dingy and-tight spaced as I was expecting. We had a lounge area with open plan kitchen area. The spacious bedroom lead off that room with an ensuite toilet / shower room. We had a TV with cable channels in the bedroom and lounge area and the place had working air con. Wifi was reliable although it did pop off for a few hours (which was speedily fixed by the staff).
Staff - brilliant, brilliant, brilliant!! Duke and the other general manager (forgot his name!) were so attentive. I was so surprised to get an advance text / what-sap message asking if I wanted transport from the airport or any directions to the hotel. The good service followed from there, even down to staff greeting you in the morning/afternoon/evening which makes a difference.
Downside? - can't think of any. One thing is that this place is always full. During our stay every room and apartment was occupied, which left little opportunity to extend our stay if we wanted to. May also get busy with young people - which was the case when we were there (was a bunch of young western-born Ghanaians in what seems like a 18-30s holiday in the 3rd floor apartment with balcony). I learnt they were regulars to this place. Although respectful, they did party to the early hours which may be an issue if you're a family with small kids (or maybe not??).
On the whole, this place is great and reasonably priced too for the area (you get breakfast as well!!)
