Good hotel with friendly and attentive staff. Som of the facilities are a bit dated and require some upgrade.

Pathetic ...

Its terrible ... I booked a so called chalet ( the costliest one ) .. They didn't even bother to provide basic things like soap ...next morning when I called reception then only they gave ...on top of that washroom flush was not working ,when I complaint they were not able to resolve it .... In their dining area air condition was switched off ,when I asked to on it they said its faulty ( till morning it was working , she lied ) ... So I called the attendant and told that I am never going to visit this hotel again and they were like OK ....

Average Hotel

The hotel is an average hotel. Staff are quite friendly but their washrooms are poorly maintained. I had some flying insects flying around in my room. The conference room we used was spacious but they had no projector. We were lucky we had one with us to use. Management should consider improving the services.

I didn´t like the service in this hotel.

The service here was so terrible that I don´t wanna come back. The restaurant service was horrible and the food wasn´t not good. The rooms are good, but I think that are better hotels in the city. I don´t recommend this place.
