Looked forward to a great Stay, but was Disappointed in the end

Called Triple Hill and requested 27 rooms on very short notice. TH gave the assurance they could find us 20 rooms onsite and an additional 7 rooms off-site
Come 20th June, we are only given 13 rooms and told "you haven't made a down payment, so we had to give out the remaining rooms"
This event will happen annually, but i dont think we will consider THH in our future bookings
Our party has been accused of damaging property and "stealing" towels - Once we get to the bottom of this, our dealings with THH will be cut short
PROS
Lovely location, great ambiance, secure and you get some great views of Accra, Weija etc. Reasonably priced and the food isn't bad.
There are some shows / events at Apatase (just across the road), and this gives different flavor to the whole experience
CONS
Hotel management is petty, and basic calculations on an excel sheet seems a challenge
Should have been a pleasant experience, and perhaps, things could have been communicated in a much better way, but we thank Triple Hill Hotel (THH) for their hospitality and accommodating us on very short notice

Unclean pool!

unclean pool and bad customer services. The workers seemed not to care or unperturbed to attend to customers. And the washroom and changing room was horrible. The view from the hills is actually beautiful tho. Maybe they should try and improve upon the maintenance
