Lovely property, near a Pebble beach

The hotel is very pretty, lovely small pool with 6 pairs of sun loungers with shade or sturdy parasols. Each ground floor room has a little table and chairs outside and the 1st floor rooms have balcony seating.
There is a reception area with seating and toilets but no food or drink is served on site.
There are 4 rooms per block. We booked direct for 5 adults - a room with kitchenette and ensuite (ground floor) plus the two rooms above (a double with ensuite and a twin with ensuite).
Rooms are all very nice quality and the ensuite shower room are a decent size and good quality.
No safe in the room. Rooms are cleaned daily, towels changed every 3. There are pool towels supplied in the room. They also supply a plug in mosquito repellent in each room (plus tea making facilities, a hairdryer and small TV).
Kitchenette is good quality, there is kettle, toaster and two hob rings along with a fridge. Dishwashing paraphernalia is provided. Worked well for us to have bread/cheese/fruit for breakfast and occasional lunch.
The front gate of the property leads to a fairly quiet road - turn left to walk up to the busy main street with restaurants, supermarkets, souvenirs, ATMs, enterprise, etc. Turn right out of the gate to walk a few steps to the beach. There is a small mini market by the beach and then various restaurants along the beachfront.
The beach itself was disappointing - the satori hotel website describes it as 'sandy' but it's not sandy. Is is a pebble beach with shingle and bits of sand in a few places. Not a beach to walk along without shoes. The waterline is pebble too.
There don't seem to be sunbeds specifically for hire on the beach. e.g you can use the beds in front of Whites restaurant if you are eating and drinking there - they advise to reserve sunbeds with them a day or so beforehand.
4 stars overall as a sandy beach is important to me and the hotel website is incorrect in its' description. Other than that the hotel is lovely and deserves a high rating.

Beautiful boutique hotel next to the beach

The hotel is beautiful, nice an clean, close to the beach, and great for families. Christina and Maria are extremely helpful. I highly recommend this hotel if you want an extraordinary experience in Corfu. It also has a small swimming pool where you can have fun.

Super quiet and very well presented

We stayed here, trying to find two self contained rooms with facilities, to enable a small amount of self catering.
This accommodation did not disappoint.
The rooms were exactly and described and very clean and tidy.
The rooms were cleaned every day, a big thank you to the caretaker/cleaner on site, a great service.
The communal areas were well looked after and the swimming pool was clean.
The accommodation had many different nationalities staying but not many English people.
The beach was about 2 minute walk and great for swimming with a shallow entry.
We would thoroughly recommend a stay here.

Calm place next to thé beach

Nice place, comfortable and quiet. Garden and pool really nice. The négative points are mainly related to the lack of services. Thé person that is in charge doesnt speak english which makes really hard to comunícate with. The owners are really kind but not always there.

Beautiful hotel

We selected this hotel based on other travellers' reviews after choosing Corfu as a last minute destination after another holiday fell through 48 hours before departure. Maria, the owner, was quick to reply to my queries and welcoming and friendly on the phone. We were allocated three rooms on the top floor for our family spread over two buildings. The rooms were immaculately clean and stylishly furnished. We especially liked the roomy bathrooms with a rain shower and separate flexible shower head (good water pressure). The towels were of excellent quality and the bed one of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. The rooms have high ceilings which enhanced the feeling of spaciousness. The air-conditioning system is modern, efficient and quiet. The grounds around the building have been beautifully landscaped with lovely flower-filled pergolas and plenty of comfortable sunbeds and garden furniture. The swimming pool was clean and very warm.
Maria is an excellent host who was always available to sort out any issues (for example with a weak WiFi signal). The caretaker, who lives on the premises, was very kind and helpful. During our stay she asked us which days/time we would prefer our room to be cleaned to avoid inconveniencing us.
The location of the hotel is ideal, just 2 mins on foot from the beach and around the corner from a useful mini market with everything you could need from milk to anti-mosquito spray. Acharavi beach itself is a pebble beach that's hard on the feet, but we overcame this problem with slip-on rock shoes from the mini market. The beachfront is lined with great tavernas and restaurants. We tried quite a few but Maistro beat them all hands down with tasty dishes made with good quality ingredients and excellent service. We went to the Greek night there twice (Tuesdays) and had an unforgettable night each time!
